  Purchased head lights and tail lights on April 8, 2022 for $1,420.01. Wait time was **** weeks, and it has now been 32 weeks with no information. *** contacted the company multiple times and have gotten theyre getting finished up now on both August 2nd and September 2nd. Then no responses after that. My order numbers are #**** and #****. Id like to either have the products shipped out this week or get a refund of my money. Its been entirely too long since Ive ordered and little help with the company.

  I order 4 LED door handles for my truck on March 26th 2022. Their website advertises **** week to ship and at MOST 20 weeks. Which was the information I had when I made my purchase and the information they still advertise. The money was taken out of my account on March 28th 2022. After the 12 weeks was up I started contacting them on a weekly basis for updates. I continually got that my order way done and ready to be shipped or they were sent the wrong product and would have to wait. We have now hit 7 months waiting so I requested a refund. This is not my first time requesting a refund but they've refused it every other time. They called me back and told me that only half my order was done and it is being shipped (this was Thursday October 20th) and they also told me that the other half would ship as is when they receive them, which implies they will be incomplete. I tried to file a dispute but they threatened to send it to collections. The bank wont take the dispute because the order was placed over 60 days ago. I no longer need the product after waiting this long and have no purpose for it. I just want my money back and for this to be all over. I have offered to send them what I received back and I am fully willing to as I cant use them.

  I ordered these custom ***** Dodge Ram headlights on June 8th, 2022. I was made aware that they would take anywhere from **** weeks to be built. As week 12 approached I messaged them on August 28th, asking if they were built and they responded on August 29th stating that the headlights would ship in about a week, 2 entire weeks almost 3 weeks has passed and Ive sent them 2 more emails asking if theyre even done yet and that at this point in time I would like a refund due to the fact its almost been 15 weeks. And yet no response.

  Customer recieved ********* Dodge Ram Projector Headlights with an RGB Halo. Ordered June 8th and delivered on September 27th. All orders as stated on our website are an ESTIMATED **** weeks. Each product is custom made, the listing this customer purchased from has multiple different options of variations to pick from. Each product listing has a check box that the customer MUST agree to before they can add to their cart and at checkout before purchase. This ensures the customer is well aware of the time frame and policies of our company. Stated on our website we have a 3 year warranty. Any issues in shipping or in the product are covered up to 3 years. Any shipping issues must be addressed 7 days of delivery. If there is sealant on lens it can be removed easily with degreaser or soap.We send a detailed wire guide in English to all our customers with RGBs added to the products they purchase.Our halos are RGB not RGBW they are not listed as RGBW. We will attach all the documents needed as well as photos. The guide this customer is referencing to as a english and Chinese guide.  All headlights are manufactured overseas. We assemble them in *******. We do not anywhere advertise made in *******.
