    Paid them over $700 for an order in September of 2023. After months of Complaining they CANCELLED my order and did not proceed with a refund. So I am out $700 and they cancelled my order.

    Order number 5446 Received a non working headlight with no resolution as of yet. They won't respond often enough to get much help. If they say they will send a return address for warranty repair on the headlight they never send it. They continue to make empty promises and really do nothing to fix the problem. Received a broken taillight and still no resolution. Have never received 2 truck badges that were ordered. This has been going on since 11/ 22/ 23. They will lie and find a way to not accept responsibility to replace parts that are non working on arrival. They will say thay will do something and not do it. They rarely answer the phone even when messages are left. This is like a nightmare because I feel helpless to get a resolution. If they make promises to fix they issue they still most likely won't do it. Have request a refund many times but they refuse to give it. They will tell you that they are working with us to fix the issue but they really aren't. They find ways to make it impossible to do what needs to be done like never sending the return address for the headlight. I really just want to return everything broken and not parts to get a full refund and be done with this company because they can't be trusted. I'm afraid I'll be left with 1 custom painted headlight which does me no good. I don't know when or if the badges will ever arrive.

    I paid them $455 in hopes to buy headlights for my truck. Now, in May as Im writing this, I not only dont have my headlights but out 455 with no communication from the company. Ive called, used email and everything I could to get my money back. I have the bank statements to prove.

    I purchased 2 parts for my truck from outlaw LEDS on October 2nd, 2023 for 490 dollars.They are custom parts so the company has advertised that it will take anywhere from 6-16 weeks to be finished and shipped. I waited for 5 months or 22 weeks and hadn't heard anything on the progress so I decided to email them and tell them I was upset and at that point I wanted a refund. They emailed me back the next day and said that they had my order leaving in the next 2 weeks and that email was from March 8th. I still have not received my parts or even heard an update about my order. So that's an additional 2 months or 9 weeks. So total it has been 7 months or 31 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything when I was told it would be done 6-16 weeks. I'm very frustrated and would like to just have my money back at this point.

    I had placed a order on feb 10, 2023 i was suppose to receive my items within their build time frame of 6-16 weeks. Well i have not fully received my items i recieved 2 of the 3 items but they were poorly built i am not bothered about that the reason i am filing this is because i ordered some headlights that i never recieved. I had gotten partial of my refund but not the full amount for my headlights. It has been over a year and still no headlights. I have contacted them more then enough time and i just get lied to and will not get a response from their phone or email. The way i got partial of the refund is because i commented on their social media but they removed my comment so no one would see how bad of service thwy offer. I am missing my refund for the amount of *******

    I ordered a set of headlights from Outlaw LEDs on October 31st, 2023. The estimated wait time for these headlights was 6-16 weeks. I contacted **** from Outlaw LEDs on February 13th, 2024 asking when my headlights would be done. He said that they would be done in two weeks from that date. It is March 20th, 2024 and my headlights are still not here. I believe this is a dishonest buisness and I want my headlights. If I cant get them I would like to be reimbursed for them.

    On 9/3/23 I ordered taillights from OutLawLED. Their website states that it takes 6-16 weeks for production. They charged my account that day. On 12/1/23 I sent them an email inquiring about my order. (A copy of the email is attached.) They said they were finishing up my order. I called them on 12/28/23 and was told it would take 2 more weeks because they wanted to match the paint better. On 2/1/24 I called them again and was again told it would take 2 more weeks. I called on 2/22/24 and 2/23/24 and left a voicemail. ***** returned my call. I called again today, 2/26/24 and their voicemail is full. I would like a refund for my order as I have discovered they have done the same thing to multiple people, and unfortunately I did not see these reviews until after my order was submitted. The 6-16 week delay takes away the customer's right to file a dispute with their credit card company. I have also filed a complaint with the ****

    Ordered headlights on 5/7/23 with the understanding it was a 6 week wait with a maximum of 16 week wait, no problem. Communication was great up until I paid, since then its been the worst. At 20 weeks no lights and no communication. Had to call repeatedly for a response of any kind. Would call multiple times and leave a vm and then would get an email full of excuses back-have to check paint, have to check shipping, have to see where its at. Finally got a tracking number (Label Created) at week ****************** that status for 15 days. Called them again multiple times before they finally replied-got the excuse of they shipped but *** didn't scan itby day 15 of it being shipped, it should have been scanned somewhere. Nothing. Called a few times again, no answer-left a vm again asking for a call back, got an email back saying it would be delivered Saturday.again nothing. Now at just over 24 weeks of waiting still nothing. No package, no tracking, no help in figuring the issue out. I have now requested a refund so we will see if that comes through or if its just a lie again. You cant leave a review anywhere and all negative comments on social media just get deleted, then you get blocked so no one knows how bad they truly are. Learn from me-go somewhere else.

    I purchased custom painted tow mirrors March 2 and I was told there would be a 6 to 16 week turn around. I received an email June 21st that my mirrors had been shipped. I then called over a week later to see why I never got an actual tracking number and was told they will be updating soon. June 29 I was again told they are working with the shipment team to see when they will be shipping, that they were ready to go. During this entire process I was in contact via phone call, they wouldnt answer my calls and would only respond back with email. On July 11th I was told on email that shes still waiting on the shipping team to get back to her about my order. On Aug 2 on Instagram direct message I was told they sent over tracking numbers to my email, but I still never received anything. on Aug 14 I was told they were finishing them up for me but still nothing. On Aug ***************************************************************** That following Monday. I keep messaging them on instagram direct message and no response until Aug 23 with tracking numbers and that they will have pictures and videos that friday. Aug 25 comes around and they finally get back with me after continuously messaging them that they are still with builders. Aug 30 I finally received pictures and videos of mirrors 7 days after I received shipping numbers. Sep 6th I received a package, but it was only one mirror. I Continue to message them on instagram direct message trying to figure out where other mirror is because it showed it was never scanned in for tracking. Once installed mirrors and opened I then saw all the missing paint on top and bottom of both mirrors. Further inspecting over the mirrors I see where The paint ran and beaded up in multiple spots. More spots with no paint. Texture was still there, like they werent sanded. Paint chips on both mirrors where they bolt up to truck. Moisture in leds. LEDs were crooked and showing all the glue. Driver side mirror motor installed upside down.

    I sent back a 3rd brake light with proof of video that it did not work. I was told to send it back into them and they will refund me for it. After 3 weeks i had to give them a call and argue for a refund after them telling me 3 weeks ago I would have a refund no problem. Now 4 weeks after that I have not gotten my money back, they have told me I have been refunded but there is no record. They have not tried to resolve the situation at all. I spent around $2000 on my full order and all they have done throughout this long process is lie. First it was with shipping times and now it is this. I have not received a front emblem, that i have also asked to refund but they ignore me, i ordered either but i have already accepted that they will most likely not be sending me that as they have blocked me because i confronted them about stealing my money
