      I have done previous business with Buddy's in the past. This experience has been a roller coaster for sure. The most recent experience we were leaving town and I get a phone call wanting me to come in and pay my last payment. I said well I can't come in I'm out of town on vacation for a week but I can pay it in full on the phone now. Long story short they had me pay half and they would put a note on my account and I would get back into town and pay it off. 2DAYS LATER I get phone messages everyday. We talked to them again said we talked to a guy and we will be home in a few days and will get it paid off. We caught COVID. We get into town and get messages and calls from friends and family saying Buddy's just called them today. I can't come in because my oldest is on quarantine and the hubs is on the road. But guess what they took the payment of just &48.00 over the phone and didn't have to come in. We communicated and no one was communicating with each other on their end to each other. We paid it. You didn't have to call anyone. I work 6:30am-5:00pm everyday but Wednesday and Sunday is why I didn't come in. My kid has COVID and im the parent that stays home. We communicated and you humiliated us over $48 that could of been paid for the first time you called. You deducted money from my account without my permission and then accused me of a late payment but when you looked it up my account it was fine.

      Eric P, who works for Buddy's has harassed me on several different occassion even after I told him the person he is looking for does not live here and neither does the property they are looking for. Eric P came by my house and rang the doorbell 8 time every 4 minutes on July 22, 2022 around 8pm. I also called the next morning to tell them that I would appreciate it if they didn't come by my house. Eric P called me back and antagonize me the whole conversation even after I told him the property and the person they are searching for doean not live here and proceeded to tell me to get my life together. This man does not know me and is antagonizing and harassing. I believe he has violated the Fair Debt Collections Act.

      They made authorizations on my account n they have they furniture this location Biloxi,Ms on passroad. When I called they started to be rude soon I asked for my money back I have recordings
