      My elderly and disabled father is dying of cancer, and when his own refrigerator quit working in early October, he called Buddy's on 10/7 and ordered a refrigerator. He trusted Buddys to provide a new working fridge but they took advantage of him instead. They sold him a supposedly "like new 2 month-old" refrigerator with a new water filter; however, the refrigerator they delivered arrived with a broken, unusable produce drawer in the bottom, an entirely missing shelf, and water and ice that are undrinkable. The water tastes and smells of strong chemicals despite flushing the water out several times. This refrigerator is not new as promised and is actually over a year old according to the manufacturer's sticker. Unfortunately, Buddy's has repeatedly lied to us and said a variety of things like: 1) the parts have been ordered and will be delivered to you in 4 days - never happened, 2) we are exchanging it for a new refrigerator and will deliver it tomorrow - never showed or called, 3) and the biggest lie of all, "we will call you back", and 4) they stopped answering my phone calls as they can see who is calling. I am not even able to leave a message! This has been going on since October 7, all while my father is on hospice and I am caring for him by myself, and I am having to deal with Buddy's who seems to not care at all. After giving up on the local store, I finally called the corporate office on Tuesday, Nov 2 and had a nice conversation with a gentleman named "*****" - not sure of the spelling, who asked how he can fix this. I told him we either need the broken and missing parts delivered and the water fixed to be drinkable OR a new fridge OR come get it and give us our money back. He promised to call me back.Today, 11/4, I have not yet heard from "*****" but the local company called my father, despite having instructions to call ME, demanding payment. As you can imagine, I am livid.

      This place freaking sucks The general manager daylan don’t care they sent me dryer didn’t work and the staff is or was rude I ask to talk the District manager he has refused to call me I have to go to the Laundry mat I should not have to sit here and get bad reviews I pay insurance every week one in the hell do I have to pay the insurance and my washer and dryers paid off now. And I guess they just don’t care about their customers anymore displace really sucks the district manager won’t even contact me HATE THAT I EVEN HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR!! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NASTY, ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING!! I WOULDN'T recommend anyone to rent from them I’m half tempted to give what I have back they even gave me a faulty stereo that was broke I gave it back because they wouldn’t fix it but they think I’m gonna believe the insurance is going to fix this washing machine I had electrician come out and looked at my dryer and they hooked it up wrong and it cut a burn my house down or burn me up

      My sister was 1week late on her bill and I received a call from this Lakewood store and had a very rude and unprofessional when they contact me because I was listed as a reference. They also called my elder mother. When I complained to the person who called me from the office, she hung up on me. This is not how to handle situations. I did explain to them that my sister was at work, and I would reach out to her when she gets off. If this is how this company conduct business, then I will have to report them to the BBB. It was so much disrespectfulness from the drivers who sat outside in front of her apt, to the store manager. Store #353 I can't believe these positive reviews, the employers might be writing them

      I purchased a dryer through them I really needed one that day they also had a special going on 5 dollars first payment I had to ask about that they took that and still charged me two weeks but I let that go everything was going good but I had a huge family emergency that came up and I had to handle so I was away and when my situation was keeping me away longer I had my daughter call them to come pickup the dryer. She called them and had a issue because she wasn't home when they wanted to come and she came back and they didn't come for hour later. Instead of picking up the dryer they slid the dryer and damaged my floor my daughter ask them the white gentleman said the just picked it up no you didn't they had to get it out the door before they even put it on the dolly. They had these hook thing on the bottom so by them not picking it up it snagged my floor I have pictures and recording. The had my daughter sign a paper as if I owe three hundred dollars no I have the mail mail stating what was owed ****** which I still have the email. But not due to them damaging my floor then try say they didn't was a little upsetting. No apology needed because I'll never get one but I'm upset and will have to report the damage since it is an apartment. That the main issue. Don't try make a lie when it's not necessary or get *** get men that can do the job properly. They got there dryer back in perfect condition I made sure nothing happen to it no scratch nothing. But sometimes things do happen and this was a very serious issue.

      Inverness store, they sold me a bedroom set, a headboard, a dresser and a bedside stand. No stand. The store manger says it was never included in the sale. His workers agree with me. No wonder it says above that it is not accredited with the BB.

      I'm located out of oak grove ky, I have repeatedly asked them to take my card off file as I am not on the documents and have not giving them permission to run my card! I have every phone call recorded where Dexter has stated he will make sure my card is not on file but he never does it and they run my card! It is not my account and have never giving them permission to run my card more than 1 time! I would like to file a complaint against them

      First of all I never got copies of the contract I signed even when I asked for them. The E bike was stolen by people that referred me to them and they said insurance didn't cover it. The first bike fell apart the day they delivered it and the one I have now has bad tires and pedal fell off on the way to work !! They tried telling me they didn't have a corporate number 😠
