      They sent me a threatening email trying to get me to pay them money and claim they gonna take legal action against me than I goggles their email address and found other complaints saying it's a scam.

      I received an email on 7/20, indicating that they were going to pursue legal action if I didn't pay immediately. I messaged back and asked what account this was in reference to. They replied today and said they'd settle for $500. If I don't settle up with them today, they'll download (yep, they used that word) my case to the court. They refused to tell me which account this was in reference to or send me a debt validation letter.

      Received a rather threatening email from ACS MANAGER COLLECTION stating I had taken out a payday loan and never paid it. It goes on to say that I will be charged $990 which includes all the court fees. According to this name person in the beginning of the emails I can go to court or take a settlement offer of $450. Now we're finally 4 or 5 emails into this discussion when finally a name comes up but still no phone number, mailing address, account number, etc... I ask for them to send me a link to their website to make a payment and get told to put it on a **************** Serve Card take a picture of the front and back of the car and send it to the link they provided.

      I received an email stating I owed them money and that my case was transferred to them in June 2023. I have no idea who they are or why they are contacting me. After further research it seems they are a phony debt collection agency.

      I have continuously received car extended warranty calls from this company. *** told them the car has been totaled, and requested to be put on do not call list. I still receive anywhere from 3-8 phone calls a day from these people!!

      I have been recieving multiple emails from an ACS email address: ********************** with "DC-42754/23" in the subject line. The emails from this email address are stating: "This is to notify you about a pending bill of $1150. Your case file is being transferred to the court due to non payment. Best Regards."They are not stating which debt company I apparently owe money to and also are not stating how I supposedly aquired this debt. The email above has sent me 30 emails in the past two days and have failed to provide any contact information , outisde of what was previously stated above. I would like these emails to stop as I do not take kindly in being threatened being taken to court for fake debts.

      I'm getting calls at least 10x a day 6days a week .Can i be removed from their calling list.

      SPAM call from an OUTFIT called ASC, LLC. Somehow they got my mobile number and for the better part of the last year or so, they call me 5 top 6 times a day to add an extended warranty to my wife's car. I have asked multiple times to have my number removed, I have spoken to their drone clone REPs to please stop calling me. I don't know what else to do. They use a rotating caller ID that seems to randomly select phone numbers so you can not block them. Please help

      I've requested not to be contacted anymore from them. They are blowing up my phone in the middle of a dying family member. I am a caregiver and this is absolutely unacceptable. What so they not understand, Do Not Call my number anymore.

      This company calls me multiple times a day. No matter how many times I tell them to cease any and all contact or remove me from their calling list they don't respond or say anything and continue calling me. They call me anywhere from 1-3 times a day and other days it's even more.
