I have received countless calls over the last few months from ASC, LLC. I have answered multiple times asking to be removed from their list and I continue to receive calls. One employee was snapping back at me as I was telling him to remove me and that they call me more than any other company. I do not want to receive another call from them and they dont seem to know how to remove me from their list.Initial Complaint

I am being harassed by this company with 5-8 phone calls a day, sometimes more sometimes less. This started earlier this year and already have 109phone numbers I've blocked from them but they just use a new number when that doesn't go through. I had got to the point where I started yelling at them to stop calling me. They would hangup and call me from another number immediately after. Only to have three more happen In succession. Now I'm just blocking the everytime they call. They interrupt my my college classes and my work meetings to where I can't even have the viberation on which is a hige problem for various reasons I won't list here. I'm losing my mind with these people. Something needs to be done and this operation shut down.Initial Complaint

I dont know why theyre calling me, they havent left a voicemail, Ive answered 2 of the 5 calls Ive received today, no one speaks and I get hung up on within just seconds of answering both of those calls, im not aware of any debt owed, I did receive a call from a legitimate collection company and am handling that with them, which would be the only collection Im aware of, I have settled a previous collection with the company Im currently dealing with, but *** never received anything other than unanswered phone calls, which again when I do answer they hang up before ever speaking and dont leave voicemails on the calls *** missedInitial Complaint

I get several phone calls a day from this company. All phone numbers are from different area codes so I am not able to block the calls. They are calling about an old car of mine so obviously not a dont legit company. The only thing I say to them is to take me off the list about 10 times during the one minute phone call and they still keep talking.Initial Complaint

This company has been calling me 5 to 6 times a day for what feels like a year now I've told them I don't need and extended warranty. And they just continue to try and ask how many miles on the car. Which I sold for parts. They call from different numbers which I've blocked over 25 and requested to be removed from their calling list several times and they say they will but they dont. I no longer even own the car that they are calling about an extended warranty for. I've asked multiple representatives to speak with a supervisor or manager and they just hang up on me or say it's going to be a long wait and I'll tell them it's okay ill wait. Then they start asking about the car again. And I swear it's the same person calling me every time.Initial Complaint

I am receiving calls from this customer multiple times a day. It is the same script about a warranty on my ******* I never owned a ******* I ask during every call to be removed from the call list and i call the number back and select the option to be removed from the call list. Call every day, at least 2-3 times a day. Dont owe anyone any money, except recurring bills. Very frustrating, to get calls, and if I do answer, they hang up. When I dont answer, they dont leave a message. Of course, I began to get calls from these people just as tax season kicked in ( Jan. 1), and they have been calling ever since. If I owed any of their so called clients any significant amount of money, you would think they would have the decency to talk to me as a human being.Initial Complaint

This company calls incessantly. Several times a day, about car insurance on a car that I dont even own anymore. I tell them and tell them, and have made numerous requests to take me off their call list, but they still call. They need to be made to stop!!!Initial Complaint

The **** LLC, Will Not Stop Calling. There is no amount of threats we can give to make these people stop calling. I have blocked twelve telephones. I asked ************* Finanacial if they sold my info and they did not. I tell them I do not have the car and still will not stop calling. I do not accept unsolicited call from anyone. I work from home and this is harassment. The calls continue to interrupt me while I'm on Zoom and Teams calls. I've asked them nicely and meanly and it hasn't stopped.Initial Complaint

Keep Calling And I Dont Answer. . They dont leave a message so that tells me they had nothing to say.
