Absolute HORRIBLE service. I've been sleeping without my machine for over 2 months because they will not send me supplies. After being sent and charged for the wrong supplies, I made MULITPLE phone calls. Every single representative tells me my supplies have shipped - even "rushed". Still nothing. I called the local Lincare office where I was given the run-around. The person on the line wouldn't even listen to me try to explain the issue. As of today my supplies are still not shipped. Beyond frustrated.Lincare Inc.

1 starIt started in May 2022. They called as they usually do for me to order supplies. I told them I need a new cushion for my cpap and the lady told me I wasn't eligible until November which I knew was incorrect since I have been ordering supplies in May and November since 2014. So when we hung up, I just reached out to my previous supplier and ordered from them. In the meantime, whoever monitors phone calls for Lincare, took it upon herself to look up if I was actually eligible, which I was, and then placed an order without my consent. They called me several days later to inform me. By this time, the other company was processing my order, essentially putting a double claim with my insurance company. I spent the remainder of my day on the phone between my supply company and my insurance company trying to straighten it out. I was obviously not happy with Lincare. They did apologize, sent me a letter letting me know that they were very sorry and the employee was going through extra training. They also reversed the charges with my insurance company, so my supplies were delivered in a timely matter. I was satisfied with this outcome, but decided I would no longer do business with Lincare. Lincare calls me in June for a supply order and I informed them I would be ordering supplies from another company and they no longer needed to contact me. Then they call me again in July, just a few days ago. I answer the phone and they hang up on me. They called back and left a message about reordering supplies. The next day they called again. This time I spoke with someone and informed them once again I would no longer be ordering supplies from them and please don't call me again. They just called again. Once again I told them that this is now the 3rd time I have told them to no longer contact me. I was told they would not call again. We shall see..Review fromTonya Y

I spoke with a representative named Terry at the Onancock, VA office of American Homepatient, he was soooo aggressive when I called about a replacement CPAP machine. I told him I was not blaming American Homepatient, I was just attempting to get a new appliance to use and was ADVISED by both my doctor and my insurance company to contact them to get a new system. He was so rude it was unbelievable. There is a way to speak to customers' and obviously he hasn't been trained in customer service.
This company is in a small rural area and they aren't the best at what they do because they send supplies when you have advised them you will request them and then bill you and send a past due notice. They had to correct almost $600 of charges for items never received, come to find out the supplies had never left the warehouse (at their own admission).
Unfortunately I may have to use their services again, but only because there is nowhere else to get these items in my area, but I know how they function and stay on top of their shipping and billing.Lincare Inc.

I purchased a CPAP and set up monthly payments for six or nine months, I can't remember exactly but I do remember my last payment would be September. October came around and I was billed. I thought to myself that maybe I miscalculated and that October was the last month. Well, November comes and I get a bill. So now I know something is wrong. I call and call and call. Never get in touch with anyone. I stop by the local store and they tell me they can't help me cause all the billing is done off site. They gave me a couple more phone numbers to try. I call again and while I am working I leave my phone on speaker and after over an hour, no one answers. I have to leave work but I leave my phone on and drive to my next stop (30 mins away) still no answer. I had to finally hang up to go work. December rolls around and again Lincare takes another payment out of my account. As many Lincare customers know they certainly don't miss an opportunity to call you about ordering supplies. So when they called me for a reorder I asked to be transferred to billing cause I had been over charged. Low and behold I got transferred and got a person on the line but before anything could get accomplished.... the called drops, no one is there, NOTHING! Days later I called again and finally got in touch with someone who told me I actually had a few more months to pay on my CPAP. I asked her to send me copies of the original paperwork with the total purchase price and an itemized list of what I had paid. She offered to send me a list of my payments but said she could not send the original price I had paid for the machine. So I had to finally go to my bank and cancel my card, get a new card so that Lincare could not steal anymore of my money. I have received several calls from them to reorder supplies but of course I will never do business with them again. Can you believe that I have not received one call, one letter, nothing stating that I owe them money? They owe me moneyLincare Inc.

DO NOT USE! I was told that my machine would be under rental for 60 days, at which time my insurance company would pay for it. I did not receive the bill letting me know that was not the case until 6 months later. Heaven forbid your insurance changes at all. The distribution center will tell you that your changes have been entered and your supplies will arrive in 10 business days but never show up. Nobody will call to notify you that you have problems with your insurance. They will just keep telling you that your supplies will be shipped but they never are. I have been having to pay for my own medical supplies from a full-cost warehouse the last 7 months because of this in the middle of a pandemic. I changed insurances again and I tried to order supplies while my prescription was still valid. But called today after being told they would be rush ordered (surprise, surprise they aren't here) and was told today that my prescription is no longer valid. And, their dispute resolution website won't send your comments anywhere. It doesn't even work on any browser and won't show up as a link when you inspect the page. Also don't contact the iCare team who is supposed to help you, because they won't. They will just send you back to the escalations department. Also don't ask for an email when you are done attempting to contact every department to figure out the problem and having been transferred to multiple people over and over again, because they "don't have emails." I have obstructive sleep apnea where my oxygen sats will drop into the low 80s and the medical supply company who is supposed to assist me and care doesn't care at all.Lincare Inc.

They don't send the bills to insurance then send you letters or call you and tell you that they're putting you in a collection agency no one in the company reads notes no one in the company knows how to send stuff into insurance I even had a supervisor worked with her for a year she still promises me oh yeah I have your insurance now send it in and then tells me the wrong insurance there are a jokeLincare Inc.

1 starI have been using oxygen therapies from Lincare for several years. I continually have extreme difficulty getting supplies (canulas, hoses, etc) to the extent that I have been buying them from Amazon.
On the 9th of June this year my doctor (******* ****** ordered a nebulizer for me from Lincare in Chantilly, VA. I have done follow-ups three times, waiting over 20 minutes to talk to a person only to be told that they would be in touch with me.
I have ordered my own nebulizer and asked the doctor to cancel the Lincare order. Disgusted with dealing with those folks.
I realize that they have little or no competition in this area.
At least perhaps we can beat up on them some.
