      My father had to have oxygen in order to leave the hospital in January, he passed away on April 6 and I returned the equipment on April 21, 2022. My credit card was then billed in May, I called the Huntsville office and it was verified that the equipment had been returned and the billing had not been updated, I was told an email would be sent to their billing dept in Florida, and she assured me it would be updated, but again my credit card was billed and I had to have the credit card company block Lincare from billing me again. So... here we are in July and my mother received a bill yesterday, July 25. I've tried calling 5 times this morning and no answer, I've called the Atlanta office that sent the bill, no answer and even tried calling corporate and no answer. My advise, if you need supplies pertaining to what this company offers, use someone else. I will now have to make a trip to their office and try AGAIN to get it straightened out. The only reason they're getting a star rating, I was forced to do it in order to leave this review!

      I am in tears that I have to cancel appointments and get broken promises of delivery .
      Example...last order they called me 5x promising delivery 3 canceled Dr. appointments and 2 days later I finally got delivery.
      Last Thursday I put in my order, the lady put in the order that I had an appointment on Wednesday so I needed my order for today they already canceled so I have to cancel my
      Dr's. appointment.
      My order day is Thursday my delivery day is Tuesday. Never happens and am I am at the end of my patience. I will talk to anyone who wants to listen on how this company has treated my complaints and how people are less truthful when talking to clients and are also unreliable

      Garbage company. They don't answer the phone, you can't adjust equipment, you can't make automated payments, you can't pay online and if when you do pay over the phone there's some contrived mistake (on their end) where you'll be assessed late fee over some stupid $20 bill you thought was fine and had already forgotten about. Oh, they'll report you to the credit bureau in a heartbeat. It's a part time job trying to stay ahead of this company and it's scams, clearly their business model is designed around late fees. OPTIGEN - I look forward to reading my "apology," below. I look forward to you telling me about how I can reach your worthless customer support which you know doesn't exist. Your company is fraudulent, wasteful and abusive. I'll be stating the same to DoD IG.

      I contacted Lincare last March to reorder C-pap supplies. Spoke with a sales person who went through all of the items was interested in. Asked for a total, but they said due to insurance, they could not tell me what i would be spending. So, i opted not to order and go through Amazon. About 3 weeks later, Lincare sends me all of the items i was interested in. I kept the box and all items as i am not a person who takes anything for free. 3 months later i receive a bill and FYI Amazon is HALF of what Lincare wanted AFTER insurance. I called Lincare and said i wanted to return the items. Initially they tried to tell me i could not return. However, after being persistant and explaining i did not authorize shipment, they sent me a return label. I took pictures of all items and in the box as well. Returned the items, and confirmed with Lincare the return had arrived. I also confirmed if i had a balance and was told "no". Now, Lincare wants to claim to items were opened (lies as i never touched them) if there was the appearance of anything being "opened" this would be a UPS problem. Sadly, after receiving confirmation of the return and and a zero balance, they claim i owe them money for the items that are open and they are at Licare's facility and probably already shipped to another customer.

      Lincare, i am not paying for something i 1`) did not order 2) returned 30 did not open.

      I called on July 1 to order a Walker for my Husband and first off each time I called I was left on hold for 20 minutes or better to get the answering service and never got calls back until I asked to speak with a supervisor. My husband weighs 300 pound which they were advised of and the first Walker they sent was someone weighing about 100 pounds. I sent it back and they were supposed to order the correct size. Yesterday, 3 weeks later, I got a call that they had received the right size Walker but it had missing parts. They referred me to another company...my second issue is that I was charged 11.70copay for each Walker and am still waiting to be refunded the 23.40 for the 2 walkers they failed to deliver. today I called to get my husbands information sent to the new company and had a supervisor hang up in my ear and never call me back. This is totally unprofessional. Hence, I still have no Walker for my husband.

      Horrible! Horrible! Horrible customer service experience from these "professionals". The representative that "showed" me how to use my medical device was told that I had never used one before. They fitted me for the nose mask (pillow style) and showed me how to turn on the machine. Then sent me on my way. No additional directions or instructions given. It would be one thing if I had at least used one of these things before. Would not recommend to waste your time with these "professionals".

      Waiting over 9 months for a C-PAC machine for my husband. Sleep study was done in October 2021, orders received by Lincare November 2021. Not once has the staff contacted us about delays in C-PACs. Yes, we knew about the shortages and they were backordered. My husband would call about every 4-6 weeks to check on the progress of getting his machine. Even after telling them his heart doctor stated (in April) he needed his machine ASAP, they stated he would be bumped up on the list. Bull! So finally, 2 weeks ago, my husband called and OMG, they had a C-PAC for him (thanks for calling Lincare...NOT!). We scheduled an appointment. The day before we were suppose to go to his appointment, we had to cancel due to being exposed to Covid. Today 7/22, we called and was told "your C-PAC was given to the next person in line because you canceled your appointment". I told them if I'd know this, we would have just come in with possible Covid! So, miraculously, they found another machine and said we could come in at 3:30 or 4:30 today. Then we had another staff member get on the phone and said no, it would have to be Friday at 10:00. I asked if there was anything due on this or did Medicare Advantage paid the entire amount. She said she'd check and call back. Well, news was not good. She said the order from the doctor were only good for 6 months!! That means they expired in March or April, 2022! Seriously?? No one from Lincare advised or called us about this. Now we have to get new orders from our doctor (who is not the original doctor we used last year) and we are concerned if a new sleep study will have to be done and then go thru the waiting period again. ****** off doesn't even describe my husband right now. Do we recommend Lincare? NO....go elsewhere if you can. I have read many negative reviews on here and wish we had known this 9 months ago. Lincare customer service SUCKS!

      Less than one star rating. I have spent countless hours on their phone system to order CPAP supplies. They have not arrived. Wasting hours of my time and will have my provider refer me to their competitor. Don't know how anyone works for them as they undoubtedly deal with many angry customers.

      Two weeks trying to order new cpap mask made appointment show up for appointment and not on the schedule and have to wait over 45 min to get a mask that was already on file only needed new one and had to go through as if i was a new customer horrible phone service horrible customer service

      They just don't give a dam about their customer. After you hear it 1000 times we are so sorry and still, nothing changes, it is just about the MONEY!!!
