I ordered a diet aid just to give it a try. Their site would not let me order the Keto Gummies I wanted without the second item, a Meadow Cleanse. I decided I could check it out too. Two weeks later I'm charged almost $250. The site isn't clear sbout their trial period. Fine, I'll **** up my mistake. A month after this I receive two packages containing 1 Keto Gummy and 2 Meadow Cleanses that I DID NOT ORDER. I get the number from the site and they tell me I'm on a monthly subscription! The site does NOT mention this. Person on the phone cancels my subscription but wants to offer me a discount, on what? I'm not buying anything else! Then he tells me THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY AT ALL. I'm stuck with 3 unopenned bottles of Meadow Cleanse and an unopenned bottle of Keto Gummies and I'm out almost $500 total.They are not up front about what you're getting. They're not up front about anything at all.Oh, and the customer service number is different on the site, the packages and here on this site. I feel a ******* video and a nearly $500 bonfire coming on. Since I'm out the money and can't return any of it. Be very, very aware of ads you see. You paid $6.99 to join the iPad Pro Sweeps. You have earned an entry to
the sweepstakes offer for the iPad Pro with your purchase. This does not
mean you have won the item. Along with your Sweepstakes entry, you were
also offered to receive our Ear Pod and subscribed to our Premier Health
Care App, for which you paid $120.25.
We went ahead and issued a refund of $120.25 on 12/12/2022 as a one-time
courtesy. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's
processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account. Rest
assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

One of our supervisors has been trying to reach the customer to discuss her account and assist her concern, but we are routed to her voicemail and continue to leave messages to call us back.
Given we can reach her, we have processed the cancellation of the account. To confirm, effective today, 12/07/2022, the account is permanently closed. There will be no further charges and shipments from us in the future.

I received two items in a single mailer. The two items look like Apple Products ( earbuds and smartwatch)but are not true Apple products. I did not order the items and have not heard of the company sending them.The return label is : Nutraition, Unit ****, *************************************************************. As of this date I do not see any charges from them on one of my CC. However, it appears that several other complaints were about the same company and Address. All with similar products shipped to them. I will return items provided I do not have to pay for shipping or other cost. What Can I do ? I somehow managed to get on a subscription for the dietary supplement, Xtreme Change Keto BHB. When my packages arrive, there is no invoice, and no return address. I called the phone number on the label, ************ and they said they could not find anything with my name or email address. I filled out a survey on Nov 3rd for ***'s club and was offered a choice of a"free" gift. I chose the smart watch and agreed to pay the shipping of $6.97 one time fee ...there was nothing else saying I'd be charged more. As a bonus I was offered "free" earbuds for $6.77 shipping. The amounts came out of my account on Nov 3rd and Nov 4th. The items arrived quickly on Nov 8th. They arrived in a grey mailer from nutraition with no papers inside. They were in plain white boxes with no chargers. On Nov 10th I noticed that my account had 2 unauthorized charges. 1 was from New daily glows com for $114.79 and the other was from Rite aid shape for $137.42. I called the number provided on my statement ,she said she would stop all further charges and that supposedly I was supposed to call a number in 7 days if I didn't want anything else..well there was no number , nothing saying anywhere to where I would be charged..well I called on the 10th and they said they could only give me 25% back. I am on disability and don't get much a month . They stole a total of $265.95 from me which is 1/3 of my monthly income. I have 6 grandchildren to get Christmas for and 4 children..I would never have approved to pay that amount for anything. She said that a supervisor would call me in ***** hours and I haven't heard back from anyone. I called my bank and had to pay $15.00 to protect my account from further charges and get a new card..they filed a ************** as well. I asked her the name of her company and she said it was Best Gadget Daily Now out of *******. The next day I called the other number listed and got the same response the lady there was very rude wouldn't let me speak and kept talking over top of me and I ended up getting loud ..she hung up on me when I asked her name..I just want my money back and for others to be aware.. I had to call the bills I had set up for auto payments and explain what happened and I'll end up with late fees for those as well till I get them paid..Initial Complaint

Pretending to be ********** where I had just gotten a Covid booster, I signed up for cheap airpods. Stupid, yes. I immediately asked them to cancel order when I saw they had added an item I hadn't ordered. No response to four separate requests to cancel order. Order arrived yesterday, complete with not one but two items I didn't order. Small print also that says they will charge me $149 each month now for the privilege of being scammed. Please help! 10/24/2022 Attached to a ***** notice that I was receiving a package was a "reward" for being a good customer and answering a few questions in a "survey." It then asked me to identify a product that I had "won" and it would be sent to me when I paid the postage of $7.93. As it progressed through the attachments for my card info (for the postage) I noticed a small line that said "14 day trial." When I found the small link to the agreements, it stated that they would charge me $113.00 + after 14 days. I immediately called the number found on the info and an operator with a heavy accent and background noise answered. I could not make out anything she was saying and told her so also stating that I wanted to cancel the order immediately. I hung up. Today (10/27/2022) a package from them arrived and I've not opened it as I know it probably contains what I asked for (Smart watch). I need to send it back and cancel this ******** site!
