    Our neighbor used Flo Energy and was happy with them, so we called them for a quote. We worked directly with *********************. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of their solar systems, and their payment, financing and leasing options. He also provided in detail the entire process from design and permitting to connection to TECO for net metering. He and his office kept us informed every step of the way. ***** and his install crew showed up on time on the specified day. Unfortunately when they removed our pool Solar from the roof there was damage to the shingles which had to be repaired before the solar could be installed. Fortunately Flo Energy keeps all of their contractors in house, and has their own roofing contractor. **** gave us the best price possible. They were able to match our existing roof ( only 3 years old). The roof was repaired within a week, and the solar was installed two days later. They filed our net metering application with TECO and we were live with TECO within two weeks. No fuss. No mess. We couldnt be happier with the quality of service and product we received from Flo Energy.

    Please beware...Their salesman ************************* assured us after reviewing our financial situation that we would receive a $17, 375 tax credit that year and it would be applied to the loan. That is not the case. You don't get that amount immediately. The loan went up by $105 because we did not receive the tax credit within the 12 month timeframe the lender requires to go toward the loan. We are now stuck paying more than the electric bill we had previously on the loan for solar. Our tax preparer told us that it's a common thing with solar companies telling you you'll get that $17,000 tax credit immediately to go toward your loan and it's not true. Beware..beware..beware... don't fall for it !!!!

    Unfortunately that was not the case. He had us sign the contract assuring us that the tax credit would be applied that tax season and it would go toward the loan. It was supposed to keep our loan at the payment rate he quoted us. Instead it's now $110 more than expected, which is more than we were paying for electricity. Got us in over our budget and misleading retired individuals on a fixed income. Very unprofessional and deceiving way to get a contract. ***** and shame on you. I hope everyone sees this for who you are doesn't fall victim to your sales pitch. Be blessed and Karma may come around.

    We spoke with *********************, and Inspector ***** with indian River/*********.. who expressed, yes they can be moved. It's a common sense factor. Building can have solar to end 2inches of roof..HOWFREAKEN EVER, and this was from Inspector that Flo Energy used.. "there's a common sense factor."..where there's gutters, pipes, drains, screens right at pool, you move them back for accessibility for cleaning. NO ROOFER OR GUTTER cleaner will touch my roof. Your own installers said to walk on solar to clean. I said put that in writing. Because even your own company Said no way...and every roofer said they would never do this. So we for 4 mths have been asking to move these some with ok from inspector. Flo energy said NO. .....Now we have hired an Attorney. NOW WE DONT WANT THESE FROM THIS SCAMMING CO. The sales rep **** who was suppose to be with us every step of way, left company and moved to ****. He was one who conned ** to these people. Now they have Blocked my number which now caused me to hire Attorney. A nightmare!!

    Took over for another crappy solar company and are scamming us just the same way as they did. Won't finish the job, isn't responsive to calls, and was told to call good leap and get someone else appointed if I'm not satisfied with the NON-SERVICE they are providing. Another crappy company promising the world and doing none of what they said.

    2. System Wiring and Permit: We didnt just make the system operational; we also undertook the comprehensive task of fixing the entire wiring of the system. This was done under our license after pulling the necessary permit to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.


    3. Scheduled Inspection: While the permit remains open due to the new wiring work, we have already scheduled an inspection for this. This process is vital to ensure everything is up to code. However, its important to emphasize that your system is fully operational and safe despite this pending inspection.


    4. ****'s Availability: We apologize for the miscommunication regarding Rich. At the time you called today, he was out for lunch. We also have documentation that you have talked to Rich in the past few months. We acknowledge that there could have been better communication from our end, making sure you were aware and letting Rich return your call as soon as possible.

    These people will harass you then throw trash in your yard while telling people how much money they make and ask if you want to compare bank accounts. They obviously arent doing all that well as a business if these are the people they are hiring. They also threw trash in my yard because I didn't appreciate them constantly knocking on my door late into the evening. they don't seem legit to me.

    Flo Energy have a sale person knocked at my door. I decided to sit with them and go over solar loan application. Over a week later the loan company that they are working with sent me an email saying that they cannot grant me a loan for solar. I right away reach out to Floenergy to let them know that I didn’t have the loan, so I can’t do the installation project. As I told them I can’t pay out of pocket such a big amount of money. They say the already have my installation permit, which is I did not sign yet any permits documents. I don’t understand how they got the permit without my signature. They said if I don’t let them do the installation regardless of a loan or not I will have to pay them $6,000.00 for cancellation fees. Even though they do make me believe that the first step is to get a solar loan. I do have documents of loan denial, they want to convince me that the loan has not been denied. So once I get them do the installation I will owe them a large sum of money, that I might go to jail for or they take my house or have a lien on it. Stay away from Flo Energy. Their way of doing business is very scary, wrong. Yesterday they sent me $6,000.00 invoice for not being able to do the installation because My solar loan has not been approved by their affiliated company.

    After researching several top solar companies, I found that none of them came close to Flo Energy. From the moment the young man knocked on my door to the project manager who kept me informed on the progress and the *********************** who were top-notch, every aspect of my experience with Flo Energy was exceptional.What impressed me most about Flo Energy was that they handled everything in-house. From the trucks bearing the Flo Energy logo to the documents and uniforms, it was clear that everything was done by the company I signed with. This is in contrast to the horror stories I've heard about "dealers" who sell the job and then hand it over to a completely different company to install, resulting in a major headache.I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Flo Energy for making my solar process smooth and easy. Furthermore, my bill has gone from $260 a month to $210, and I no longer have to worry about power companies raising their prices for the same amount of power I use.

    We were sold solar over 2 years ago by FLOENERGY, "powered by Element Solar". It was installed Sept 2021 and does not work at all. No one will come fix it from either company despite promising to do so. Fraudulent.

    There was no confusion. We came in person to *** and spoke directly with the owner. We have reached out to both parties and have been told the other is responsible. ****** at *** told us that they were taking accountability and would assist. He lied. No one has helped from either side. Both companies are fraudulent. Just take a look at the MANY reviews with evidence that show the poor quality and response to issues with FLO ENERGY.

    My dissatisfaction has everything to do directly with FLO ENERGY. I have contacted you directly. My husband has also. You blocked our numbers. We were on hold forever trying to get through, until the calls disconnected. Despite assurances by FLO ENERGY, that this situation specifically would be handled by FLO after Element refused to. My husband tried calling on his brother's phone, and the call went through instantly. We were put on hold by a FLO Employee and hung up on once they realized who we were. FLO IS A FRAUD. Even the bank FLO ENERGY financed the project through tried getting in touch with FLO, and has told us they were blocked and unable to reach FLO. FLO ENERGY is fraudulent. Look at the Google Reviews. Initial install has great reviews, but check back in 3 months and they all change to one star because the systems don't work. I even tried talking to Jason L*****, our sales guy. He said if we needed any extra panels, any work, anything call him and he would take care of it. That FLO's manufacturer was in Tallahassee, and that the repairs would be almost instant since the supplier was in Florida. That was also a lie. He has not responded to us, the only responses I have gotten since we last spoke in person with the owner have been through the BBB. There have been so many lies and fraudulent claims from FLO ENERGY. It is, in fact, a FRAUD. No other solar company in the state will even come look at our panels once they hear your business name. We have to start new, or leave the panels up on our roof like an unusable ornament. Selling a system that doesn't work, getting paid in full for it, and not fixing it, IS FRAUD.

We have indeed facilitated hundreds of homeowners in obtaining Permission to Operate (PTO) for their solar systems, especially for those left in difficult situations by truly fraudulent companies. These efforts were carried out in partnership with ********, where we were contracted to intervene and assist in completing solar projects initiated by other companies, ensuring that many customers who would have otherwise been left with non-operational systems could benefit from fully functional solar energy solutions.



    Our record of stepping in to help where others have fallen short demonstrates our commitment to service and the solar energy community.     You don't seem to understand. Flo Energy sold us a system, had another company do the install and is now leaving the situation dumped in an unsuspecting customer's lap, DESPITE promising to do the right thing and fix it. That is breach of verbal contract, amongst other things. Flo Energy sold us a service that must not have existed, and as such is fraudulent. This situation isn't inconvenient, it's fraud and should be acted upon by the fraudulent seller (Flo Energy) if they truly feel otherwise. Make it right. Or see people in court.

    When Element Solar showed up to do the install, we had no idea who they were. Flo was NOT transparent that they had hired outside contractors to do the work. Again, our salesman, *****, assured us that all and any issues would be taken care of LOCALLY. He did not say we would need to contact a third party. That was intentionally fraudulent and misleading. You can try to back out of the issues by painting it as Element Solar's issue, but they were not involved in the sales of this. If you buy bad produce at publix, it doesn't matter what farm it came from. You go back to publix. I went to the farm first (Element) and they refused to help. Now I'm going back to public (Flo) and I *DO* expect some actually legitimate assistance offered asap, as was already promised by ****** and *****. If not, I will continue to pursue this issue more in depth.

This is akin to a scenario where, if a product bought from a retailer turns out to be faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, the manufacturer, not the retailer, is responsible for rectifying the issue.


    Regarding the assertion that you were unaware of ******* ******* role in your installation, it's important to note that entering into a legally binding contract with any entity, including ******* ****** inherently implies a level of awareness and acknowledgment of that entity.
