Exploria assessment fees are arbitrary and often without notice. Causing owners near payoff status to incur additional debt. Attempts for a breakdown of the assessment and lpurpose have not been satisfied.Club Exploria, LLC

Exhausting, I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone. You have to look out for their salesmen, particularly ***** L ***** and **** ****** at the *********************** Resort. Very bad at keeping their word, we were promised a weekend studio but we never received it. The salesmen will try to sell by any means. Very intimidating and will put a bad taste in your mouth. They have mountains of hidden fees. Stay away from them.Club Exploria, LLC

In 2019, my wife and daughter went to a shopping mall and were enticed to attend a presentation with Exploria Resorts in exchange for free a cruise offer. We attended that presentation and what we got was a high-pressure sales meeting for a timeshare. Despite our constant refusals, the salesperson pushed hard, making FALSE PROMISES about savings and easy booking.Since then, weve faced nothing but FRUSTRATION. Booking options were scarce, and the process is a NIGHTMARE!!! The promised rental income never materialized. We feel misled into and now trapped by the contract. Had they not hurried us through the contract by telling us to sign here and sign there, we wouldnt be trapped. Steer clear of Exploria Resorts if you dont want to end up regretting your decision. This all started when I took my daughter on our first trip that I could finally afford on my own. welcome desk told us there was a welcome tour and If I signed up ** get a free 7day trip. I thought it'd be a raffle of some sort but I was very wrong. The process was gruelling+we sat there for almost 5 hours. I expressed a few times about leaving and they decided to bribe my daughter with food and snacks after I told them no. They told me I had to at least write my reasons for possibly wanting it before I was able to leave. She told me how to answer the questions because honestly I was getting so antsy, I couldn't really come up with much. She kept referring to and addressing questions to my daughter as a way to rope her in. I told her that I don't have a need for a time share because I don't get to vacation that much. I told her as a single mother working full time with an injury that I wouldn't be able to travel as much as I'd like. But she told me it's not an actual timeshare, it's just modelled similarly to one and in timeshares it's for one place, but as an owner it's multiple places. I should have realized the scam right there, but I thought it was the truth. To reassure me she gave me her number to reach out with any questions. Later on after contacting the number it was a completely different name and person. I felt tricked. I have to do a 2nd part to this review because I ran out of characters but quite frankly, it's just too important to leave out!..Club Exploria, LLC

Although we certainly appreciate your expressed concerns, please be advised that attending a sales presentation is completely voluntary and you had the freedom to leave at any point during the sales presentation. In response to your feedback that the sales process lasted almost five hours, Exploria Resorts could not ascertain the exact length of your sales presentation. Notwithstanding, Exploria Resorts provides clear and unambiguous disclosure in all its applicable advertising that a timeshare sales presentation lasts an average of 90-minutes. At the conclusion of the timeshare presentation, if a purchaser decides to purchase, the purchase process can take longer. That purchase process includes the discussion of price and purchase options, providing additional information on RCI and other exchange programs;processing applications; obtaining credit reports; preparing contract documents; scheduling and completing the closing with a Verification Officer,etc. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing in advance how long the purchase process will take to complete, so we make no representations in that regard.You were provided with a ten (10) calendar day right to cancel your purchase,which is provided in multiple locations within your purchase documents,however, our records show that you did not contact us within that ten (10)calendar day period. As you are well past the rescission period, we must respectfully decline your request for cancellation. We have spent the last decade dealing with Timeshare Liquidators and Exploria, trying to figure out what we purchased. On July 23, 2013, we received a New Membership Welcome letter from Fairway Villas, which referenced the Assignment and Transfer Contract as an attachment. However, the actual contract itself was absent from the correspondence.Fast forward a ten-year period, May 31, 2024, we submitted a **************** Request to **********************, seeking a copy of our current contract. Their response on June 3, 2024, clarified that they did not possess the contract because our timeshare acquisition was through a third party. They did furnish a copy of the Assignment and Transfer document signed in 2013, which ideally should have been provided along with the Welcome Letter from Fairway in 2013.Now, we just want to move on; Timeshare Liquidators has clearly failed legally in the execution of the transaction. We were stuck in a room with their aggressive, coercive sales staff for over three hours and not once were we informed of our rescission period. The actual product is a joke. Lack of availability and hidden costs, combined with them withholding the contract, has led to outrageous costs, and left us with a useless product. We are both getting older and experiencing health issues. My husband is 81 years old, is legally blind and cannot drive. I am 76. It is ridiculous that we were bound to this contract for 50 year at our age . At this point, we would give it away, just to buy our time back.Club Exploria, LLC

I am absolutely outraged and cannot express strongly enough the depth of my anger and frustration with Exploria Resorts sales team and their deceitful, underhanded tactics that led me to purchase a timeshare. From the moment I was baited with a so-called "free vacation," only to be trapped in what can only be described as an endless, high-pressure nightmare of a presentation, I was subjected to relentless manipulation and outright lies. The entire process was a calculated scheme to take advantage of my trust and force me into a corner. I demand accountability and immediate action to rectify this situation. The deceit must stop, and I expect justice for the manipulation and financial harm inflicted upon me by Exploria salespeople involved in my transaction. I know I am not alone on this subject; it is obvious to me that there are hundreds of other victims out there based on all these 1 star reviews. DO NOT BECOME THEIR NEXT VICTIM!Club Exploria, LLC

To Whom It May ********* would like to bring to your attention the remaining continued issues with Club Exploria Resorts and the timeshare they are tying me to. Their management has been unhelpful and unprofessional in their responses, or lack thereof. I have been ignored with my attempts to get answers about my timeshare club membership and they have been unwilling to work with me when I have requested to end my timeshare terms. My property is at ********************** and have tried all avenues to get their attention and for a reasonable solution. Everything about this timeshare has been a disaster and booking has always been difficult. Another issue was with RCI as they considered me inactive and I have lost over ***** points (about $20,000). Overall I believe that I have spent close to $25,000 over the years and have really nothing to show for it. I hope the management from Exploria will respond to my request and make things right. Our experience with Exploria Resorts, A.K.A. CRE HRP, LLC first occurred while we were on vacation at the ************** in **********, **********. During our stay, we were contacted by the ******************* LLC with the offer to attend a brief informative meeting in exchange for a gift. We accepted, expecting to learn more about the different benefits Fairway Villas had to offer. Instead, we were held for six long hours and pressured into signing up for a timeshare contract that was inadequately represented to us. The sales representatives who worked with us assured us that purchasing a timeshare with them would ***** us the opportunity to take plenty of vacations during peak travel times at any of their affiliate resorts. We declined the first offer, citing price, but our rejection was only met with a different offer. This process repeated itself several times. In fact, over the course of the meeting we were harassed by five different salespeople. It became clear that they would not let us leave without securing a sale, and we were stuck because the staff was holding our identification. We were never informed of our rights regarding the cancellation of the contract, another glaring omission of information. Not only did they not disclose this, but they also held onto sending us our contracts for 3 weeks, ensuring that by the time we received the contract the window for cancelation in ************ had already expired. We have attempted to reach out on several occasions to seek answers to our many questions, but our inquiries have often gone unanswered. This lack of accountability and transparency has further cemented our desire to be rid of this horrid contract. We can say confidently that we were misled and sold a pipe dream.Club Exploria, LLC
