    I mistakenly thought I was on the government's website as well! Total SCAM!!! I am terrified. I have frozen my credit, cancelled my debit card and do not know what else to do. This should be illegal!

    TOTAL SCAM 0 stars!! I searched the internet for passport renewal, and Easy Form Filler was the first website that appeared. Easy Form Filler makes it look official, and even has **** as part of their email address (very misleading), so I filled out all the info, even gave my credit card info for payment of $85.83 for filing services. The Easy Form Filler website sent me an email with directions on filing for renewal of passport and to send an additional $130 for application fee. TOTAL SCAM!

    I would give you a zero if it were possible. This deception at its finest! You operate on a website that looks like aan official government website then scam people out of money to fill out a form that's free! Now I have to spend time fighting to reverse charges that I thought were being used to get my passport not to mention this third party scammer has all of personal information. I really feel foolish! It is sad that complaints continues to be filed against this company yet they are still in operation! Someone needs to do better here!

    Went on internet to search for an online passport application when easyform filler was first to pop up so I entered my information and they asked for my credit card information along with a 20 dollar insurance protection. I thought I was starting the process to get my passport when I received a message saying that check my email, when I checked my email it was directions how to apply for a passport. I want my ***** back . Please do not use this company its a complete scam.

    Company used gov in their name portraying to be with the government to file a passport renewal on line. From the beginning, it appeared I was on a government website. I paid $68 thinking this was for passport renewal when it was not. This company stole my personal information using false pretenses. This company should be banned immediately.

    I turn to the good offices of that organization, which I have seen clearly announces that it is not part of the government and that it is a private entity, since I have been one more victim of USA Passport Apply, which I later realize has surprised more than twenty people. The curious thing is that this pseudo company states that its website clarifies that they are a company not linked to the state, but I never looked for this company. Said company, two days after I took the oath of American citizenship in the office in ************, Broward Fl., sent me an email to my email address, which I never gave them, which obviously makes me wonder where they got it from, how they obtained, and the answer is simple, two days after my swearing in, they somehow removed it from the ***** office in ************, to surprise me by sending said deceptive email that appeared to be a ***** Official, and the worrying thing is that there is someone in that Office that leaks the data or this company violates the security of the system to be able to obtain that data. Beyond feeling scammed for the $84.83 that they deceived me, and that I logically want to recover since I do not use any service as they mendaciously state, since I had the completed forms that the state provides for free, nor do I need any advice that they deceptively They say they offer. But what bothers me the most is that this company, after the many complaints it receives, continues to accumulate the personal data of its victims. For my part, I will always be afraid of where my personal data will end up, despite the fact that they claim to be respectful of privacy, and my doubt arises from this company's own conduct in surreptitiously appropriating my email address, and not modifying its commercial practice. Without a doubt, as I have already said, I intend to recover the lost money, but more than that I would value advice on how to protect the data that these people have taken from me.

    Scam, I thought I was on the government sight. I filled out the paperwork than when I check my account I realized I had been charged $88 ( I didnt understand why). Im happy I caught the **** before I mailed my documents. Please make sure your on the right sight before you do anything..

    I thought this was the site to renew the passport. I didn't know it was a third party scam. They charged me $69 then once you fill out the passport application, it states it will be another $130 for the passport. I want my money back.
