I logged in with my username and password but there was no loan account for me. Im trying to start a auto pay through the site but they dont have my loan number. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. Any time I call for help, every person that I talk to gives me a different answer. I tried to file for a mortgage adjustment, and they sent me the wrong paperwork multiple times. I called them 13 times and still no one was able to fix it. I asked if I was supposed to pay during this time, and an agent assured me that no payment was due. The next time I called, they told me that unless I paid the amount in forbearance, they were going to foreclose on my house. I asked to speak to someone else, and she said that person was mistaken and enrolled me in another program and told me no money was due yet. I called today and they have me down for a late payment. I am so disappointed with this company- they bought my loan so I don't have a choice. I feel stuck and like they are ripping me off, but I don't know how to get help.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

I received a letter from Lakeview Loan Servicing regarding the security incident (data breach) that occurred in October 2021. I have been waiting two months to receive a call back regarding this situation. I called again today and was told all they could do was submit another request. They could not offer any other options other than to just keep calling back every month. Very poor response and you're putting your customer service reps in a bad position by not providing them any information. Horrible experience.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

I received a letter in the mail from this company which I never heard of. I called to find out who they were and was told that my information was involved in a Security incident on 27 Oct 2021 to December 7 *************************************************************************** that it was a mortgage lender I closed that loan in 2019. They told me they monitor escrow and everything to collections. I asked why are they monitoring a closed account? I also asked why do they have my information from 2019 and she couldnt answer any of that. She told me that someone would call me back, as I informed her that I dont understand why my information was still being used or monitored and now my information was stolen and I was informed a year later. ****!!!! They gave me forbearance and still reported me to credit bureaus after stating they would not!!! I have tried multiple times to get them to also allocate escrow payment correctly and they still asked for more mortgage when it was paid!!! I absolutely despise working with this company! Every time a change is made or extra payment or change of insurance nothing is applied correctly and I always have to follow up and ask where the missing money is sitting. 1 starLakeview has been one of the creepiest and aggressive lenders I've dealt with. As soon as I applied for a loan with another lender for a new home, Lakeview started inundating me with emails and phone calls "hey, we see you're thinking about getting into a new home, let's talk". I finally replied to one of the emails requested that they stop, which they didn't. And today after I paid off my mortgage with Lakeview, apparently they've sold my information to other lenders because I've had 20 text messages and phone calls from other lenders in just 1 hour. I plan to start calling Lakeview and harassing them as well, starting with the person that sent me the latest email.Review fromKate S

was sent letter after letter about my options to refinance and get money out of the equity. long story short after i paid the appraisal fee of $510, i had minimal contact and without letting me know that i could no longer get money out, they proceeded to just continue w/ a refinance. sent me stuff to sign, thinking it was for the original plan we had discussed. nope. i hope no one uses this company. my loan was sold to this dreadful company so i have no choice. if i could give this 0 stars i would.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC
