Lakeview switched ** from ****** loan servicing to **************** loan servicing;monthly payment went up $193.00. After about an hour of on/off hold, the agent confirmed what ****** calculated was correct, however their escrow related increase was legal and **************** will not consider any sort of revision. Hoping Lakeside will correct the situation as **************** seems profit above people motivated.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Where to begin? I would have never chosen this company. My mortgage company sold it to this one. I already had a bad experience before! So since jan of this year I've had issues. My payment has changed so many times. Each time I call I am lied to. Documented lies since Jan. ** least 1 per phone call. I am always being told I can't speak to a supervisor! They made a mistake. Paid double insurance premiums w/o my permission! Admitted it was their mistake but that I would have to pay for it. After months and countless hours on the phone being passed off to the next I finally thought the issue was fixed. However, I feel like they are sabatoging my account! This month they didn't take the payment. Someone and they won't tell me who or let me talk to someone in charge about it, removed my auto drafting information. Who does that? It was done personally to make me pay for another mistake! I've had so many phone calls and only a couple people have been nice. Other than that the customer service *****. The way they just lie and tell u what u want to hear to get you off the phone is wrong! This company just makes mistake after mistake and we pay for it! Had I known this is where I would have ended up, I would have rented! Please make sure when you are taking out a loan that this company isn't an option. They don't have to ask you. It ***** to have zero say in who owns your home! This company doesn't deserve to be open especially after reading these reviews. Also, I left a review on their site. They responded that they would get with me to help figure out the issue. Do you think that happened? No! The supervisors never call back either! All I can say is this place is disgusting. Ended up unemployed due to layoff. Fell 2 payments behind and they wont even make it easy to make a payment. The people you talk to are rude and expect you to make 2 months payment at once, wont offer a payment schedule and wont allow it to be paid on their website. Thanks to new employment I will be caught up this month but Lakeview/Loancare (same company) makes it very difficult if you end up in a tough situation. If I could give them negative I would. These people need to know the law that they must accept any payment their clients can make when the client offers payment without turning it down.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

Scam of a company! Got notice that our MTG got sold to this deplorable company. Made our first payment on time, they cashed the check, refunded it back to our bank and then sent us a notification that our payment was late to include a $60 late fee. Numerous phone calls and emails with no resolve. After reading ****** and BBB reviews we have a feeling that this is going to be an on going problem. The only thing they seem to be telling people is that they don't service mortgages. Scam. They should be put out of business.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

All people experiencing the same shady activity by this loan servicer need to file an official complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The BBB is not able to do anything other than publish complaints. This company charges unlawful fees and refuse to provide itemized expense lists. If I could rate lower than one star, I would. 1 starI got a letter stating that my insurance was cancelled 3 months prior for non-payment. After spending hours on the phone being told different things and being passed back and forth between Lakeview and my insurance company I finally got someone on the phone to tell me I had to contact my actual insurance agent, not the company. Well ****************** found out that Lakeview had been disbursing MY funds to someone elses insurance! Today I got an email saying $636 was disbursed for condo insurance. 1 starOur experience with this Bank has been the very worst by far, of any lender we ever dealt with. Our house was damaged by a tornado and the insurer sent a Claims' check within days. Lakeview placed the money on Escrow with Loancare, and this outfit has yet to release $1 dollar in 8 months..!. When you ask for a written response you get nothing. They are completely unprofessional and could not care less about customer service. Do yourself a big favour and avoid doing business with them. All I can say is WOW. Shame on this company. Glad to know I'm not alone. They have raised my mortgage payment twice within a few months due to "escrow shortage". They are definitely doing something wrong now that I see how many others on here are saying the same thing. I certainly feel a class action lawsuit coming. I have already reached out to my attorney so I have a bit of a head start. We are gathering all documents before we even reach out to Lakeview. Would hate to see paperwork disappearing after we make contact. I'm a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income and my mortgage payment has gone up $350 in a couple months. Lakeview Loancare is a horrible, horrible company. Just the worst saying that I hate them is an understatement. They TOOK my mortgage payment back in early September, but DIDN'T CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. They did not notify me, so I didn't know there was an issue UNTIL MY CREDIT SUDDENLY DROPPED 134 points!!!!My wife and I have called them a dozen times. We have emailed them the Bank Trace for the payment OVER AND OVER AGAIN because they keep losing the info!!!!They are liars who NEVER work on our case. WE HAD TO MAKE A DOUBLE MORTGAGE PAYMENT in October just to stop the credit hemorrhaging!!!! We made another payment for November AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T ADDRESSED THIS!!!!HEY LOANCARE, I'M GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT, YOU ABSOLUTE HORROR OF A COMPANY. How dare you treat people this way????? Every year it's the same problem over and over. Every year they claim to have it figured out and fixed but they never do. I have to explain to them how to fix my escrow account. They over take on property taxes. 5 years in a row now. Should be charged with fraud.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC
