      Ryder on Hialeah fl on 54st worked they don't want to work. We have over 20truck with the Ryder - The lady in charge of having the truck service treat me like really bad Just because I came to replace four tiresAt 1pm I told her that we had three more truck to replace all those tires and she got mad and told me not to bring them here De-mare-co-lon

      The worst experience. I ordered an elliptical from Nordic track. I called Ryder last mile to schedule my delivery. They said the soonest date was two weeks away. Finally the day arrives. I paid extra to have my item put in an upstairs room of my choice and assembled. When the delivery guys arrived they told me that they didnt have time to do this and they could only leave it on my porch. After multiple phone calls to supervisors of both Nordic track and the delivery company, I was told yes I paid for this service, but they didnt schedule enough time and my delivery would have to be rescheduled. I called to reschedule delivery and apparently they only come to my area once a week. Ugh such a hassle. I hope I someday get to receive my item.

      Worst experience ever! I purchased a couch from west elm who unfortunately uses Ryder as their delivery hub, paid a considerable amount of money for this delivery only to be delivered part of the couch. Apparently Ryder made a clerical mistake and put the rest of the couch on a delivery hold. Spent the better part of my day calling Ryder to have the rest of the couch delivered only to be told that the best they could do is to have it delivered almost a month later. Finding this to be ridiculous I offered to just come and pick up the rest of my couch and was denied. I did however receive a call offering an earlier delivery date, which I was very pleased about, until the day came (I cleared my schedule to be home) only to be told that they had no record of said call and that it must have been a mistake. ****** learned, NEVER use Ryder!

      I bought a truck unit ****** form Ryder vehicle sales in ********* ** as a verified unit and they said everything is ready to go and after not even 10 days of work I took the truck to the freightliner dealership in ********* ** and they didnt know whats wrong with it then I brookdown again after couple days I have to tow it to another dealer same thing happened they cleared the codes and same thing happened again and I went back to the Ryder dealership to find out whats wrong with it they denied to even help and I am at the point of losing everything they scam me and they are not honest people Iam at the stage of being on the street homeless

      Paid a lot of money for Ryder Last Mile to deliver a West Elm order and but together a cabinet completely lopsided, upside down, and unstable. They left without fixing it and now my husband is reassembling. They did arrive in the delivery window but didn't call 30 minutes in advance like they said they would. Doesn't seem like there is any method by which to get our money back on the 'white glove delivery'. I'm fine with their customer service and scheduling agents/system, but the delivery and assembly leaves much to be desired.

      The worst delivery company ever! I now do not buy from any companies that uses them as a delivery company. Spent over $50,000 ordering furnitures from PB and Wesr Elm and every piece Ryder delivered was dirty and tells me there is no such thing as white glove delivery by this manager name *****.

      If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Long story short, technicians assembled exercise bike completely wrong and took "extra **************** that came with bike. Had to reach out to nordicktrack to send out more bolts and another technician to fix/assemble correctly. I gave customer feedback to ******************** and no one followed up to rectify. They should be ashamed!

      Don't. Just don't. I have been rescheduled twice for a purchase I made a month ago. And when they called the last time, the incredibly rude girl gave me 2 days for delivery, and then took the soonest one back. Why? Because she "didn't like my f****** attitude" when I called back to speak with her manager, she answered and told me she was going to tell them "about my s***** f****** attitude and how rude I was to her"

      Was surprised this morning at 10:20to get an text with a delivery window 10:30-12:30. Did not know my item was arriving that day and had never heard of Ryder Last Mile. So I dropped my important business and drove home to wait for my delivery. 45 minutes after the delivery window I started calling. I had 6 distinct phone encounters with 5 different people. The gist of the conversation was that my type of delivery does not get a window, but that did not match the communication I was sent. I tried to get them to give me an idea of when to expect my item. I was told they do not have to tell me. At one point I dod get that I was delivery 6 and the truck was on delivery 3 which says nothing more than not soon. I finally got through to the shipping department for Pottery Barn (where I purchased the item) and from them I finally received an apology and put in a complaint. My item did arrive on the same day, but it messed up progress on some very important things wasting time due to incorrect communications. I have read other reviews here and almost feel fortunate. That does not let Ryder off the hook. I will always ask mow before ordering who is delivering. If it is Ryder, I will just but something else from a store smart enough not to use them.
