      To start things off, we ordered a bed from NFM in ****** when we were there in early May, we were told when we ordered our bed that it would be delivered no later then the second week of June. Here we are in mid June with no bed. I called Ryder last mile and talked to someone and asked if there was a tracking number that I could use to see when they actually got the bed, I was told that they don't keep track of that information. So I asked if they could give ** any sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience of waiting 2 months to get our bed we ordered in early May, I was told sorry sir there is nothing we can do. I will never use this company for any sort of logistical purposes ever again.

      HORRIBLE experience. I wish Anthropologie didn't use this service. The deliverers were rude, I was told by dispatch "that's just his personality", and the team didn't want to attempt to deliver couch. Their attempt was unsatisfactory and I hope I never have to deal with these people again.

      Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience with these guys for Arhaus furniture. Damaged dining table installation, drilled wrong holes without measuring first. Not sure how they continue to be used by the various furniture stores. Workers are barely competent.

      I had never heard of Ryder Last Mile until I placed an order for ***** ********************** with West Elm. After experiencing my own problems with receiving my order, I see now that Ryder has the worst and scamiest reputation. There is no possible way that West Elm isnt aware of this when partnering with Ryder. This has really sullied my view of West Elm now, as well as its partner companies. From here on out, any company that works with Ryder is on my 86 list. I am an interior designer and project manager who understand slip-*** happen and I try to anticipate and prepare for delays and human errors. However, this is beyond human error (Ryder lies through their teeth and you cannot rely on or trust what they tell you) and I have no room for this kind of collaboration in my work.

      TERRIBLE !!!!I ordered a sectional couch from *************** on line in April 2023 as of today May 11th and (excuse # 5) from Ryder this time they claim its damaged and cant be delivered ! I am one ****** off customer and no one from ******************** seems to give a s*** ! If there was a zero star - ?? option Ryder would get it because they are the absolute worst company !!!!

      I will never purchase anything that has to be delivered using Ryder Last Mile as the delivery service. They should be shut down! I bought furniture from BL but was never delivered! Took day off work, called late morning to say no room on the truck to call with questions. I call the number, it goes to GA when their delivery hub is in MI. I am on the phone with her for over 35 min to be told, it's confirmed, my order is on the truck out for delivery. I waited an hour after my delivery window & called again. This time a diff female, she was nice & seemed sincere. She opened a case number & management was to call me to discuss. I never received a call even after a text was sent with case number. I called, no response, I text same message surprise no response! Reached out to BL customer service, they cancelled the transaction. Here I am with a sofa, no matching loveseats!! BL did have me re-enter my order, they adjusted to the Black Friday pricing. It is scheduled for delivery this week but NOT by Ryder Last Mile as I refused to have their service or NON Service. I tell everyone I know to never use them & to check on anything they purchase that needs to be delivered that they should refuse to use Ryder Last Mile!!! If you could rate negative stars I sure would as they don't even deserve a 1 star rating, absolutely horrible!!!

      Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. We initially scheduled delivery on 1/11/23. Nothing! I had to call Ryder only to find out that they went to the wrong address. At that point, I had already asked for the issue to be escalated to a supervisor so that we could get the delivery asap. Someone was supposed to call me, but I only receive an email to reschedule. I rescheduled to the earliest availability for today 1/28/23 between ****. They dropped off some of the boxes and said that one of the packages was wrong, so they left. No paperwork or contact info of how to reschedule was handed over. I call the ******* warehouse customer service, and automated system says theyre still open for business hours, but I get redirected to another general number. This new number says that theyre closed and so theres no way to get a hold of anyone. Im trying to get a hold of someone - anyone - so I call the furniture specialist at Anthropologie where we ordered the bed frame. They let me talk to a supervisor and say that theyll go through the process with Ryder, but it may take **** business days. Now, I get an email from Ryder saying our furniture has been delivered. It has not! Weve been sleeping with our mattress on the floor, rescheduled our entire days to accommodate their incompetence, and have been patient and polite and understanding this entire time. But when a company does not deliver the services that they pride themselves on AND theres absolutely no one to talk to regarding the matter AND the only communication I receive are inaccurate automated messages AND theres not even a single person offering an apology, then the only way to make them change is if consumers and companies drop their contracts with them and take their business elsewhere. Ryder has proven to be completely incapable of the full white glove service that consumers are paying for.

      Absolute horrible service. **************** is useless. They have lost my order and cant tell me if or when I will get it. Every time I call to try and get an update it is a different excuse. By far the most incompetent shipping company I have ever dealt with.
