      Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in my entire life. This is coming from someone who has honestly never left a negative review for anything before. I ordered a treadmill through Nordic track, the item arrived at the warehouse , and I have not been able to schedule it to be delivered because they mistakenly cancelled my order. They never called me back to reschedule , and I repeatedly called every day for a period of 14 days, and all I was told was that the person on the phone could not help because they are a call center in Ohio; and the warehouse where my item was (which is in the same geographic region as my home) does not have personel whom I can talk to to resolve the issue. Not to mention the people on the phone were rude to me when I expressed my sincere wish for help, all I was told is that its not their responsibility and Im at the mercy or the warehouse in ******* ** to deliver my order. They have not even called me to schedule. My item has been there since October 10, and today is October 29, meaning my item has been sitting in a warehouse relatively in proximity to me; and I cannot get it delivered no matter what I do. I am beyond frustrated , angry and exhausted with this company and have gotten the runaround every day: saying they will call me within 24 hrs to resolve the issue, and to this day none has.

      I have been working with ***** at Ryder, and thus far, he has been patient and answered the many questions that I have had since I started up a box truck business with Amazon Relay. He is always courteous and very knowledgeable. ***** is the person to speak with, and I will keep you posted on my overall experience going forward.

      Do not go with this company! If you are an investor, looking to contract out for white glove assemble or delivery. No call/No show twice. Their truck broke down first time 9/20 no call/no show. Then rescheduled again on 9/30 (no time was scheduled till day of) took the day off once again Ryder scheduled me from 7:30pm-9:30pm on a Friday night. At 8:35pm I finally received a recording that they were 15 minutes away. I called their customer ********************** on the East coast and they stated the ************* warehouse is short staffed, they are putting other furniture together, but they are on their way. Unfortunately, they were a No call/No show and now Ryder stated I refused the delivery! I am now to reschedule for 10/14 (another Friday with no set time) no one can teach management in their customer ********************** department!

      Theyve failed to deliver my item on four separate dates now. The first time, they brought the wrong item entirely. The second time, they said the truck broke down. Next time, the item was lost. After that, the driver was sick. Through all of this, customer service was impossible to deal with, and would only reschedule me for weeks later after their cancellations and errors.

      I dont believe a company can get any worse than Ryder last mile! This company should be shut down until they can figure out their logistical nightmare! How can such an unprofessional company exist in this day and age. unbelievable!

      This company is absolute trash. They attempted to deliver something for me three times and every time ***'s miserably. First delivery, drivers are running late so my delivery time changes. Not a problem, I'm home anyway. The time comes and goes and no one ever shows up. No call, no update. Then they just reschedule it for a day of their choosing without asking me if that day works. So that second deliver I have to reschedule. The third delivery they show up an hour early outside the window of time they gave me and ask me to move my vehicles out of the garage for them to deliver. I told them they were early and I had yet to finish something on one of the vehicles before it could be removed. It would be removed by the start of my actual delivery window. The two delivery men stormed off got in their truck and left. Said nothing to me just did not want to deal with it. Calling customer service I let them know what had happened and they said they would be back for the start of my delivery window. Then they tell me it would have to be rescheduled because the item being delivered requires a three man crew which is not correct. At this point I actually called the company I purchased the item from and returned the item just so I don't have to deal with Ryder. Stay far away from this company

      based on all the negative reviews, i was a little nervous when i noticed Anthropologie was using Ryder delivery service but my experience with them was completely pleasant! i wanted to go out of my way to give them at least one positive review :) first i called them right away because i noticed i wrote the wrong number of my house for the shipping address (i just moved so my fault) and the customer service lady fixed it right away and was super nice. i got phone call updates along the way until it finally arrived to my house. the 3 delivery guys were awesome and even assembled the dining table for me when im pretty sure i didnt pay to have it assembled and they even disposed of all the cardboard. AND they helped me move my old dining table into the garage before they left. i honestly have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Ryder!

      Would leave zero stars if I could. They confirmed the delivery of a couch twice the day before and I made arrangements to be home for the delivery. Then, the morning of the delivery I received an email stating that the truck broke and would not make the delivery. They put me back in the que to schedule a delivery. It took more than 5 hours between two people to reach someone at Ryder to get a status. We asked if we could come pic up our couch and they said no. They were unwilling to get the couch to us the next day. We have a party planned and now need to find alternate seating arrangements since our couch is not here.

      Doesnt answer the phone to schedule a delivery. So frustrating- the service said they registered my number and will call me back and I wont lose my line in the queue- two days later Im still waiting.

      I have never had a worse experience anywhere I've been a customer, in my entire life. I contract to a company that has a considerably large account with Ryder. Ryder, in my experience, has zero concern for their customers or their own reputation. They lack integrity, and self respect. I highly recommend that anyone considering doing business with Ryder, reconsider.
