  I was hesitant to use a moving company, but International Van Lines exceeded my expectations. Their crew was kind and accommodating, and they took wonderful care of my belongings. They brought some special sheets which showed how much they are professional. I would definitely hire them again.

  On schedule, Richard and his team showed up. They were kind and cautious with our valuables while working swiftly and effectively. We were surprised by how fast they finished the work, how little they cost us, and how well-preserved everything was when it was delivered. We were ecstatic with the encounter and would suggest them to everyone.

  The crew at International Van Lines put forth a lot of effort to ensure my move went well. They are real authorities in their profession. I am delighted with the service they offered. I was pleased with how swiftly and well International Van Lines relocated my possessions.

  Terrible and stressful experience!! No one answers phone calls or emails. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with ANYONE at IVL.It feels like a scam from the minute you sign the contract. Someone else called it a Ponzi scheme with the way they broker out the deliveries. It probably is. They should be investigated for their misleading quotes and not disclosing shelling out your contract to other companies. The initial pick up experience was fine, but I told the movers multiple times that one item was fragile and did they **** it? No! Did it break into a million pieces? Yes it did! I cannot in good faith recommend this company. I moved across the country and needed to find a moving company on short notice. I was under the impression IVL would be the carrier. This is incorrect. They are a broker.It took over 21 days for my items to be delivered and one antique item is completely broken and their claims person won't even talk to me. I was worried about items going missing and surely enough two items did. I'm hoping to receive them later this week. After I receive them, the claims person will supposedly talk about the broken item.Stay away from IVL. Choose any other company. It's not worth the headache and hassle.

  Moved from NM to CA and did not have a good experience at all. They hook you in with friendly service to secure your business. Then it was all down hill from there. Customer services takes days to respond they aren't clear or organized. When booking I had ask if my items would be packed at moved one truck, they responded yes. On the day of the move a completely different moving company showed up called *********************** Service and that is when the experience got even worse. Waited 15 days for 900 mile move. The driver gave 4 hours notice that he was about to deliver. When my items were delivered every piece of furniture was damaged in some form or another!!! Including the bed frame that was dismantled! They broke the legs of the dinning room table and there is a huge ***** on the top, the list goes one. Every box looked like it was thrown around.. they were delivered crushed and torn. (I did not use cheap boxes). The delivery people laughed and said they see this all the time, as they banged item into the walls of the hallway. They delivered someone else's items into my apartment and they also lost items of mine. Delivery was on Monday and it is now Thursday and customer service has yet to reach out on how to file a claim. SERIOUSLY the WORST company ever. I would not recommend them and if you do use them make sure they don't send you *********************** Service. I have moved long distance several times and expect that their might be slight issues. However, this was beyond.

  I was nervous about moving to a new country, but International Van Lines made everything easy. The employees took extra precautions to ensure the safety of my belongings during packing. They were helpful and efficient. I can confidently give them my highest endorsement!

  I hired IVL and of course the sale portion with sales rep was easy and all promises. ****** was attentive and easy to reach. Then the next person again with inventory was reachable and quickly responded and updated info with no problem. ***** in the management inventory no problem. Subcontractors from **************** the day of pickup and packing were 3 hours late but OK, ********* was the main person's name. After about 5 hours of loading the job was done and I tipped all 3 each for the work. They advised a second pickup next day in ****** ******. My first available date to deliver was 3/24/23. Well that has come and gone with little to NO communication from IVL. I have emailed and called most everyday since 3/25/23. Moving is stressful and honestly I feel as though I was scammed. Today is 4/4/23. Worst experience.

  Do not hire this company. We hired them to move a household from ** to **. They damaged our house--holes in walls and scratches on the floors. They did not set up furniture (although they were paid to do so), and left a lot of our belongings on the front lawn and the driveway. Materials that they were paid to pack arrived broken, gouged, scratched, had missing pieces, or were destroyed. They were to place materials in the appropriate rooms (clearly marked on the boxes) but were left strewn around the house. Materials that were to be placed on second floor were left in the front yard and garage. Most of the furniture was left in the wrapping materials. Materials (including a one hundred year old desk) were never delivered. They delivered materials to us that do not belong to us. Their "follow up" produced no results. Packing materials, wrapping paper and tape were left strewn around the front porch, lawn and driveway. **************** amounts to--"you did not purchase insurance, so there is nothing we will do." We provided the company with videos of the damages and the work not performed. Truly a waste of our time. I have nothing to say good about this company. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO USE. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GIVE A **** ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR POSSESSIONS.

  Do not hire this company. They do not tell the truth and say that you are the problem. If you don't buy replacement insurance, they can break things and not have to replace them. Both truck drivers were very unpleasant to deal with. We were told we would get a form to at least report damages on but that hasn't happened. Both drivers bragged that they were the best, but if that is true, I would sure hate to see the worst. One packer did a good job, but the other one just crammed things in boxes without wrapping them. My stained-glass window was stuck on the outside of a box with no wrapping. Needless to say, it has many small cracks. Another antique shadow box had the glass broken. A floor lamp stem was broken from the base and its shade cracked. An antique yarn spinning wheel has a leg broken off. Another lamp was broken. Wheels were broken off a Chromcraft chair and storage cabinet. A ***************** collectable was broken. Wall hangings and pictures were broken. When moving things in they put scratches on my floor. When asked to move some heavy furniture they just slid them on the floor rather than picking them up. When they came to deliver, we did not have the check yet, but my husband was at the bank getting the check, so they would not start and demanded another $225 for the delay. They made us pay more money 3 times. They said they were a great company for seniors. Yes, so, they could rip you off.
