This company is a joke. Cant get them to respond to email. Trying to get our $100 deposit back. Finally was told it will take 60 days to process. Now past *************************************** report to ********************, but, this company is NOT BBB accredited (what a surprise)!

I will give this company a 0-star review. I have been dealing with trying to get a response for 3 weeks almost now. I have left messages on 09/************, 2024 with no response. I have replied to an email they sent me asking when certificate date was issued. I have paid my fees like discussed on the voucher. This is a headache just trying to redeem this trip. I picked dates for NOV and its quickly approaching. If I cannot get a response by 09/20/2024 I would love to get my money back spent on trying to redeem these. I am in the travel industry as an influencer, and I will make sure no others use these vouchers.

ZERO STARS! I recently contacted ETTSI with the cruise voucher that I had received from the company that installed my new windows in my home. I had the same experience as those whose reviews that I have just read - 22 reviews. I was scammed out of $40.00 for a "processing fee." Thankfully I put a fraud alert on my credit card as a safeguard. This company only responded to the initial email and phone call. It's been over two weeks since I've heard from them. They do not respond to the subsequent multiple voice messages or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Don't send them your $40!! We sent in our voucher fee for an ******* cruise we received for purchasing a sunroom addition on our home. Got no contact from them after I mailed, so I called and emailed, also to no avail. Finally got through one day on the circular phone tree they had set up. Then I was scolded by the lady for calling and not following my email instructions that I never received! The lady then said they would contact us about 5 months before our trip dates we requested. Didn't hear anything as stated, so we booked our own ****** cruise. Today we finally received a call from them with only 8 weeks until our requesyed dates. I told them you snooze, you lose. Didn't even listen to what kind of c*** room they would have wanted us to go in. What a joke! Don't deal with this company!! Plan your own trip the way you want it.

Executive Tour & Travel Services Inc. is a scammer. On February 15, 2024, we received a certificate for a so-called 3-day-2-night "free vacation" after attending a timeshare promotion event hosted by Westgate Resort in *******, **. After we sent the certificate to Executive Tour & Travel Services Inc. along with our credit card info, we were immediately charged $50 for a "deposit" but then never heard anything back from this company. When we tried to make a phone call to this company, we found that the phone number listed on their certificate was no longer in service. Fortunately, our credit card issuer recognized the fact that this was a scammer company and thereby reversed the charge. What we regretted most was that we did not check with BBB first before sending the certificate and our credit card number to this scamming company.

I wish Id read the other reviews before having anything to do with this company. This is a very deceptive, scammy company. You cant plan ahead and have to wait until they can book the cheapest state room in the bottom of the ship. They essentially end up picking the dates, staterooms, and ship they want you to go on. I won a cruise last May and was awarded a cruise voucher, which I submitted as required to Destination Vacation company in July 2023. I requested one of the cruises to ****** for August 2024. In addition to numerous promises they would call me to follow up, lack of response on their part and difficulty contacting them, me they told me they would have to book it when rates are cheapest. Ive called them several times because I need to know by April 20 if I can get the cruise (My family is going on that date.)I paid the $40 deposit they asked for. On my last call to them today, I was finally told there werent any cheap rooms at the bottom levels of the ship that would accommodate the requested dates my voucher. Then they told me they could book another type of inside room but Id have to pay $2,700 for all the fees and other costs (which is what it would cost me personally if I booked my own trip. I told them to cancel my request and was told they would not refund my $40 deposit.

Paid for a REFUNDABLE deposit on a trip that we no longer wish to take. FINALLY got ahold of someone on the phone and was told I could have my refund back and she didn't care what my reason was, they would not be giving it back. They was very rude and hung up.

What a scam. The cost for a "free" week at a condo was well over $1,000. Plus finding it impossible to get $100 start cost back. Wish I could leave negative stars.
