We are all out here getting hustled. Between all the extra fees i paid and the stress of trying to get some dates booked this was not worth it! We actually did not even stay at the motel that we had confirmed after several months of trying to get booked. in a nutshell, we paid more than what expedia/hotel.com/ and the motel directly would have charged. between the extra for holiday, weekend and extra nights it truly is a scam. We paid $100 for holiday but the rooms are 60$night. Hope that gives you an idea to stay away. they make sure to tell you that they do not book timeshares but they don't mention they book motels that you can book anywhere from $30/night to 60/night. we were put up at Seralago. I cannot begin to tell you how bad the rooms are. You walk in an everything is peeling, the walls, counter, toilet, tub and tub wall. You can literally see how the bed is indented and you sit on it you feel the springs. There were addicts hanging around and you don't even feel safe, even with the armed police officer that was in his golf cart. We checked right back out. Stay away from that motel and this company! Of course, we let the company know and out of everything we paid we were notified that we would be refunded the $50 activation fee. Let also not forget how rude these people are.

I too got hussles by their cruise redemption certificate. Back in May I sent in for my cruise dates, was told they'd get back with me on final pricing (I'm to pay for taxes port fees and gratuities which I'm ok with), but they didn't. I had to reach out to them. And when I did, my agent was no longer available and the agent I got stuck with told me, it's not a free cruise, again I know this, I'm to only pay for the fees, etc , the room was to be free. As we went back and forth with each other, the price quoted to me was the same price as using carnival directly. Ok I take that back they were $100 Cheaper. When I asked to break it down she says "it's a discounted" rate. Ok again, where is the discount? When I asked her this she says "the price I gave you is the price so you can either book or not." No, I will not book through your company. It's not only not discounted, but you're keeping my $50 activation fee. Do NOT fall for the gimmick. I'm assuming their company is ran off the 1,000s of $50 activation fees they require upfront, only for people to find out, there's no discount or free at all!!! I'm disappointed to say the least, I read the reviews after I paid the $50, but before final pricing and I thought to myself, "no, it'll be ok, the original lady Debbie was so kind and informative I'll be one of the lucky ones who didn't get ripped off!" How we're here I am with the same complaints as everyone else. Do NOT take the "free" cruise and do NOT believe anything they say. It is 100% a rip off and is in no way a lm even discounted cruise. It costs less to take one through the cruise line. So look directly at the cruise line cost before ever booking through ETTS!! You'll be glad you did I!!! I hope this helps all you new coming people to ETTS, take it from me and all the others, it's a waste of your time!!! Good luck!!!!!
