    Absolutely terrible company. Every single person I’ve spoke to at this company is extremely rude. After paying the registration fee and submitting my information online, it took them nearly 2 weeks to even call me back. When they did, it was very early in the morning, and I was still in bed. They told me to call them back, so I did. Two days in a row I called and no one picked up the phone, they clearly don’t monitor the phones very well. I made sure it was during their business hours in eastern time. I left two messages. I was never called back, so I called a third time and finally got a hold of someone.

    When I did, they told me it was going to be an additional $100 fee for a weekend reservation. I was surprised to hear that yet another travel company sneaks their ridiculous policies into these tiny terms and conditions paragraphs. They then aggressively yelled at me and lectured me about being an adult and reading the terms of service. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Everyone there, including the manager, all sound very entitled and their tone of voice is so rude.

    I’m in the process of sending out a handwritten letter asking for a refund because this whole thing is a joke. I’m scared they’re going to ignore the letter and that I’ll have to file a banking dispute. About to head to the post office, so I’ll make sure to get the tracking number and possibly verified delivery.

    What a nightmare, avoid this company at all costs.

    This is the WORST company or travel agency ever. They take your money and make it almost imposible to make a reservation. Customer service is super rude. Never booked anything with them or take any of their so call gives!! Liars. There are no words to describe it. Really, stay away from this people. It's 0 stars from me.

    I leave no stars. I’ve put 100.00 just to start the process of getting accommodations for a vacation, but I never went through with it, I have asked for a refund and said that I am eligible to get my refund 5 months ago, I’ve contacted them again but never heard from them again. I’m still awaiting my money. I would not recommend using
    This business. Poor customer service. By the reviews they are swindling customers left and right.

    Sham! Rude , unprofessional girls who called ME rude , to be quiet and literally a liar!

    I took a tour in Gatlinburg and received a 3 day certificate for a vacation. I send in my $50.OO, to activate it. Then I faxed paper to secure 2 possible dates to vacation. They declined them. Soooooo , I sent in another fax with 2 other dates. The girl”Jada” now said I need to pay a $100.00 since it is 60 days to termination . I said no. (Oh, and there is a extra $50.. fee for processing).

    To cancel $100 my fiancé had to come and we had to take another tour! Ok. Then she in a very “ arrogant” manner told me both our names had to be on a credit card !
    All this was not told. Shady .
    Her terrible manner got to me and I said Enough! I want mr $50.00 back and wil NEVER have anything to do with this company. HShe said no! I asked to talk to her supervisor. “Jada “ said she was the supervisor and refused to give me her full name. When I asked for a higher person in charge she said there was no one. I said “ so you are the CEO?” She said yes. Then she continued to call me RUDE! ( must be in their manual to cover their bases if we bring them to court)
    All I want is my money back!

    Terrible , shady and the most arrogant rudest young “ladies “( loosely) I have ever experienced.:
    I did put in a complaint to the BBB board.

    Please send me my $50.00 .

    I only gave one star because I had to in order to continue. Sent $100 to activate the condo voucher wanted 3 months and never heard back from anyone to book a condo. Then had to write a letter to request a refund. Was told it could take up to two months to receive the refund. We’ll see

    This company has earned zero stars from me. After paying my fee and submitting my dates and desired travel locations I heard nothing back. I called only to be told Maria had emailed me (lies) and that my location would be hard to get. She said I could send updates locations/dates and she’d see what she could do. I did so right away with some pretty broad requests because we can be very flexible. My original requested travel dates have come and gone with no correspondence. I called today, spoke with 2 people and they both transferred me after acting like they were helping. I ended up at a VM box. I do not anticipate any follow up and will be sending my written request to refund my $100 fee. This company feels like a scam. I really hope businesses stop using this place as an incentive. They only caused frustration with no reward. It’s been about 9 months total with no communication from this company other than one email after I called and Maria just repeated what she had already told me on the phone.

    if I could give negative 10 stars I would, customer service is TRASH god forbid you ask a question to confirm information and the lady who claims is in charge and has no boss is the boss. she demands respects but doesn't give respect. she mocks you does not give a **** about people their families or that she ruins peoples trips or any plans she shouldn't be in the service of customer service because her service was completely unprofessional. They are connected to a time share so you have to sit for a 90 min tour to then be treated like **** by the company the timeshare people decided to use. When I told her she just ruined a family vacation she didn't care. I will be putting in a report with the BBB. I've never heard such a disgusting trashy woman on the phone asking and demanding respect taking things personally then having no respect for the client or the system .. she also made a comment when I told her she ruined a family vacation her comment was " I ruined your trip to a comfort inn" I can understand the terrible reviews for this company. I probably wont see the $50.00 deposit back and this company is still in business' even with the terrible reviews.

    I don't understand how a company like this continues to operate as if nothing had happened. The same thing has happened to most of us here, Something “free” and you have to pay for an activation. Then, you have to pay an extra fee if you are going to travel on a weekend, an extra fee if it is on a holiday, and other series of fees that add up, in my case $300/400 for a stay of 3 days 2 nights, without mention that the hotels are of the lowest category. I don't know but this seems to me to be called FRAUD, because if you look for the prices of the hotels that they offer, the prices are less than what ETTSI charges. and of course I asked for my refund of the $50 activation fee and today they tell me: Refund Denied. Because I didn't do it before the 30 days of activation. Too many small letters. For me a SCAM

    They claimed that we would receive a 7 night stay at any of their resorts if we sat through their presentation but that was false. We had to pay an $100 to activate their certificate, then pay another $200-$400 depending on how many people at three different locations. They mentioned you can get the $100 refunded if you did it within 30 days, I submitted my refund 1 week after I paid for it and they emailed me back and said it would be in the mail within 60 days, , it's 75 days and they won't return my calls or emails. What a huge scam, not sure how this is even legal.

    ETTSI is a travel agency that fulfills the travel on the certificate that was given to you. Unfortunately, third party verbal promises and cannot be fulfilled. In regards to the refund, a check is scheduled to be cut and mailed this week.
