      I ordered my daughter glasses on October 4. Her glasses were due oct 18 per ******. Somehow the order was cancelled and no one could give an direct answer to why the order was cancelled. Yet they ordered her glasses that's due to be in on oct 27. This place is horrible and I will not be returning to dodge st store. Someone is lying and made an error

      They rushed and gave me glasses the same day. I couldnt really see well with them then and now its worse. Im still paying for my glasses and cant even see out of them. I called them again yesterday and they said that there was nothing they can do because the 30 day Warrenty had expired. When I called them them they said that I need to get use to them. Do not purchase your eye glasses from them. Poor customer service and poor quality.

      My experience was Oct - Feb 2022 I thought I needed reading glasses. BOGO was $650 to be paid UPFRONT. I was notified a few weeks later the eye exam was done wrong and had to be redone, meanwhile, they are also calling at the same time to tell me to pick up my glasses which were made in accordance with the first eye exam. I redo the eye exam, this time not through a monitor (telehealth eye exam). The first RX for glasses was all wrong but Stanton insisted I make one eye a glass lens as I had a cataract and the other eye can have the prescription. My response was "No, that is not going to happen I have to see a specialist for cataract surgery, please refund my money. Once I get the surgery I will need to be retested" I finally got a partial refund 4 months later after I had to involve Care Credit. They lack every skill needed including customer service. The Customer Service Rep told me "I'll try" when I asked for a refund. I reached out every single day to the facility to no avail and so I was forced to reach out to Optics Now Vision Protection Holdings Daniel Stanton Care Credit No response from anyone, nothing, until Care Credit got involved. Stanton Optical told Care Credit I picked up the glasses! Stanton Optical, all of a sudden, starts sending me emails to return the glasses and they will refund my money. Another stall tactic hoping I would just go away. I went back to Care Credit and they handled it within 48 hours. I didn't get all my money back and by this point, I couldn't keep going with this problem. They kept $150 which was fair as they did give me 2 eye exams. Stay away. The negative reviews are all true.

      I was involved in an auto accident and someone lost my glasses. Until i get that resolved i needed a pair fast so i can see. Stanton Optical advertises same day service. When i showed up there they indicated they only do single vision same day service and progressive's would take 2 weeks! No where on there website does it say this. I want action!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      My experience started off well quick and easy and affordable. My experience started on June 25th. I received my first pair of the two I purchased on 7/9 via mail very well packaged and no issues. I waited a few more weeks before calling about the second pair that I had yet to receive. Called on 7/25 to be told **** said I signed for the glasses which wasnt the case. I was then told by the store manager he would look into it and call me back. He didnt. I called again and was told they would remake the ones I didnt receive and send them again. I waited a few more weeks still nothing so I call again to be told by the call center I would have to go in the store to have them re made which made no sense seeing they had my script on file. I spoke to the manager again who told me he would be sending the glasses to me After many more phone calls between then and now and being told over and over the glasses were being remade I received a text on 9/29 that the glasses were ready for pick up. I checked my mail today and the glasses were in my mailbox. Which was fine EXCEPT they were poorly packaged and very much damaged not wearable or fixable. I am BEYOND frustrated with the overall experience I have had with this place!.After leaving this same review on ****** they responded to only say they would do better next time. I still dont have that pair of glasses

      First time coming here for eye exam and getting glasses. People at the eye exam office were welcoming and were swift in helping me create my profile. The eye exam went well. After, one of the sales rep **** came to help me choose my pair of glasses. She gave good recommendations on the kind of glasses I was looking for and was very informative on the different kinds of lenses I could get. Overall the entire store was very good in helping me get a new pair of glasses for the first time in 9 years.

      I went to Stanton optical was given a virtual eye exam that turned into a Train wreck, there was a lag in the Audio so when I heard slide one I was already looking at slide two I begged him to slow down to no avail. I knew the eye prescription would not be accurate and told them so. They made the glasses anyway after a 10 day wait I went to pick them up and sure enough the prescription was wrong , Then was told I just needed to get used to them. I was able to make appointment with in house doctor and the two prescriptions weren't even close. So now I wait another 10 days for glasses that should have been made right the first time. Fingers crossed, but Don't waist your time.
