    Followed Jim’s instructions on how to file my claim and insurance offered way less than the appraisal from DVCheck.     DVCheck made the claim process really simple. I got nearly the full amount that DVCheck said I could claim after a single back and forth email with AAA. I came into this skeptical, hearing horror stories of insurance companies simply denying DV claims, but whether it was DVCheck or not that helped in my case, I am glad I went with them for ease mind and additional support.     Impressed with the speed of DV Check's handling!
    Definity recommend their services. I had the diminished value appraisal and demand letter within a week and settled with the insurance company the next week. It was a very detailed report. The appraisal was $4,000 and I settled for $2,980.00, due to that was the remaining amount of the policy limits left. There were no negotiations and I was pleased with the settlement.

    I was a little unsure about using an online service, but I wanted to find out if my new state of residence recognized diminished value claims and wanted someone who knew how to proceed. I signed up and was promptly contacted by DVCHECK. Within a very short time after providing basic information about my vehicle, I had an appraisal with comps and a suggestion as to how to proceed. I submitted my diminished value claim to the insurer of the driver that rear-ended my vehicle and after the 10 days I had given for a response, I received a denial of the claim based on the insurer claiming to not pay such claims for vehicles older than 7 years. DVCHECK and I communicated about the situation and they provided me with details about how I could proceed either in court or via mediation. They also gave me materials specific to my state, including a state Supreme Court decision recognizing a diminished value claim and making no mention of arbitrary vehicle age cutoffs. I drafted a letter to the insurer using those materials to renew my claim, after first having it reviewed by DVCHECK. I ended up with a settlement from the insurer for in excess of $3,000 in the amount of the appraisal prepared by DVCHECK. It was a beneficial service and well worth the cost of the services rendered. I highly recommend DVCHECK.

    I can’t say enough about the service and value provided by Jim at DVCHECK. My insurance company offered $3000 for my diminished value claim, but thanks to DVCHECK, I ended up with $9500. They gave me the appraisals and step by step direction to negotiate with the insurance company to reach a fair settlement. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and definitely worth it.     Simple process. I received a low ball offer of $1000 from Progressive originally. DVCheck completed an accurate appraisal and I received a $3400 payout for my diminished value claim. I will definitely use them if anything happens in the future!

    I got what I thought was a fair offer on a Total Loss settlement from USAA. A friend suggested I make sure it was fair by contacting DVCHECK…and they were quickly able to show me that it was actually quite low. They did an appraisal of my vehicle, and guided me through the whole process. They got me a fair settlement, which was $3,000 higher than what I had almost accepted from the insurance company, and could not have been more helpful, responsive and professional about the whole thing. Dealing with them was great. Can’t say the same for my insurance company!
