  DVCheck was awesome. It paid for itself many times over. Very responsive, quickly got me a great appraisal along with supporting documents for the value and a demand letter to send to the insurance company. They also provided instructions for dealing with insurance companies if they are not being cooperative. I ended up needing to follow those instructions and they worked like a charm. I did not need them to negotiate on my behalf, as the insurance company accepted the figure, but that is a service that is included in the one-time fee. They also reviewed a release that the insurance company sent along with the payment and let me know that it was good to sign.
  I will be recommending this service to anybody who is in an accident where they are not at fault.

  I received a very low Diminished Value offer from State Farm, for $1,550. I researched the topic and decided to utilize DVCHECK and got a suggested DMV of $5,500. I got SF to meet me at $4,800. Great ROI on the fee I had to pay. I will refer them whenever I can.

  Great service! Jim and his staff did a fantastic job in determining the value my vehicle loss due to a recent accident, that the insurance company did not even contest it and paid out the full value estimated in the report. Jim also made himself readily available to answer any questions I had along the way.   DV check helped me with my total loss claim. The insurance company would not work with me at all. They valued my FJ cruiser less than it was worth. I also was dealing with a call center instead of a one adjuster. DV check did the research on what my car was worth and negotiated the claim for me. I highly recommend this company.

  I studied and worked for 35.5 years and retired. I built my dream car and ordered it, a 2016 BMW 428 M Sport. I am a car detailing enthusiast, and the car is in show room condition.
  I was rear ended by a “Phone Driver” and my car sustained $12,519.00 in damages and labor costs.
  I identified DV Check via research for a diminished value claim, and I submitted an application. They accepted my application, and the process began. DV Check estimated a diminished value of $4,662.00.
  I was given very precise information about how to file the claim with the insurance company. The insurance company offered me $2,500.00. I provided DV Check with the offer, and they fought for me resulting in a final offer of $4,000.00.
  They made the process easy, precise, and efficient. You will not find a better service for this process. Follow their instructions, provide follow-up information to them and you won’t be disappointed!
  There is a car club in my neighborhood consisting of BMW, Mercedes, Maserati, Porsche, Bentley, Corvette, etc.

  The insurance company gave me their quote for my DV and I had a strong feeling that it was way too low. I did some research about working with other companies and stumbled upon DV Check and I was so glad I choose them. They came up with a quote that was almost 4x what the insurance company wanted to give me. I was in contact with Jim who called and emailed me personally. I paid the $350 and I got all the documentation in about 72 hours. The next day I sent the insurance company the paperwork and the very next day I got a call saying they accepted my quote and I was direct deposited the money in 2 hours. It was such a relief! One of the best RIO’s I’ve ever had!! I definitely recommend DV Check, thank you Jim and his team.

  I was involved in a "no fault" accident and I decided to file a diminished value claim. In order to file a claim Chubb Insurance required a diminished value appraisal. I asked if they would provide the required forms or the name of a company that would do the appraisal and they said no. Jim Marshall did an amazing job walking me through this. They provide an initial appraisal at no charge. If you want to download the report and have them work with you through the process you will pay $400. My report indicated that my car was worth $6764 less as a result of the accident. I paid the $400 and received the full diminished value appraisal report and a cover letter to send Chubb. I sent the documentation and received an offer of $1169.78 from Chubb. I turned down the offer and made a counter offer of $6200. Chubb came back with an offer of $1500. After conferring with Jim, we sent them an email invoking the NC appraisal clause for diminished value. Chubb responded with a final offer of $2500. I did not accept the offer. Next, Chubb had to have their own appraisal completed, and their appraiser negotiated with my appraiser. Chubb's appraiser would not budge off of their $2500 offer. I could take the $2500 or hire an umpire to do an independent review. The umpire could not award more than my appraisal or less than the Chubb offer of $2500. Chubb and I had to split the cost of the umpire. My part was $200. The umpire came to the conclusion that my claim was worth $4250. I am pleased with this settlement. It ultimately cost me $600. If you have been in an accident and your car suffered damage that diminishes the value. I would highly suggest you file a diminished value claim. I would also recommend using Jim Marshall at DVCHECK.

  I don’t have enough words to thank Jim for negotiating my total loss settlement. My insurance company was giving me the runaround for a crash that wasn’t even my fault (the driver who hit me was insured by the same company). I knew the total loss adjuster was low-balling me when she offered me $13,400 for my Camry hybrid. I refused their first offer. They came up a bit, but the offer was still too low. I provided comps to justify the figure I was asking for. They would not budge. So I contacted DV Check. Jim jumped on the case right away and within days I had a settlement for $17,500–that’s $2k more than what I told the adjuster I’d settle for when I was negotiating with her!!
  Save yourself the hassle and headache of dealing with the insurance company and hire Jim right away! Best $350 I ever spent. (Also, it’s not all about the money. It’s about getting a fair deal.)

  I needed a diminished value report. I was very skeptical of searching the internet, but no one could assist me with any recommendations… Finding and utilizing DVCHECK, Mr Jim was the best decision I made!! Why??? He answered my call promptly, emails and assisted me every step of the way… He even presented me with scenario’s the other insurance company May use….ABOVE ALL I HAD MY DIMINISHED VALUE REPORT WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS… WITH HIS HELP MY COMPENSATION WAS 100%…
