  After being involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault, the insurance company offered me $43,000 and I knew my car was worth way more. I reached out to Jim with DVCheck, he appraised my car value at $47,800. Based off the recommendation of Jim, I then invoked the appraisal clause with the insurance company. About 5 days later, I received a phone call from the insurance company singing a different tune!! They said that they were going to give me $46,850 for my car and after adding taxes, registration, etc. (minus my $250 deductible), I would be receiving $48,100 for my car.
  10/10 recommend Jim with DVcheck. He went to bat for me and increased the settlement offer by $3600! He did all the negotiating for me, I didn’t have to make the phone calls or go back and forth with the insurance company. He did that for me and I’m just so grateful for Jim and everyone else at DVCheck! Thank y’all so much!!

  My process thru Jim Marshall at DVCHECK against All State: Yes I was warned by him All State is tough to beat. Rejected by a couple other appraisers due they hate fighting All State. Still, Jim failed here and got nothing done as insurance has the right to reject everything not in their favor. Better reaearch and market info on my vehicle likely would have helped me.
  Damage on my car from a not at fault accident was $7200. Agreed to have Jim do this appraisal. Jim returns an appraisal $7517
  All State Claims adjuster offers $2000. I invoked option for an umpire. All State appraiser offers $2400. The umpire selected with help of Jim comes back with $4150. Jim tried to negotiate a middle ground of $4900 and that was rejected as well as $4150. Sticking me with their appraiser's offer of $2400 as the adjuster offered to go with $2400.
  I accepted their offer as the last option was a potentially lengthy court battle against the driver and her insurance.
  I inquired with NC Dept of Insurance to see if All State always denies DV claims. Despite no regulatory authority over these claims, they reached out to All State. All State responded and said DVCheck provided their side with no verifiable information such as comparable vehicles with real vin numbers to assert his DV value.
  Advice, do your shopping around and find a DV appraiser who does good research to back up their findings and help customers win

  Jim and his company were fantastic to work with. They were able to settle on a higher price with the insurance company in less than a month, when I had been trying to settle with them for over three months on my own. Don’t settle with your insurance company until you hire them!!!

  I am greatly satisfied with the service provided by Jim and his team at DVCHECK. From my initial inquiry through the final settlement, Jim's communications were prompt, easy to understand, thorough, and very professional. And he is happy to talk with you on the phone if you prefer that over email. My actual involvement was minimal. Jim did all the heavy lifting and quickly negotiated with the insurance company to obtain a fair diminished value settlement for me. I HIGHLY recommend DVCHECK.

  I had major accident last Jul with my 2-month old Audi Q8. Jim helped me with diminished value claim since last Dec. Before I decide to work with DV Check, I approached several local appraisers, but I ultimately decided to work with DV Check as they are specialized in diminished value claim and their price was reasonable. Their response was the fastest as well. My only concern was that they were not in local. As DV Check work on this matter, Jim and his team showed excellent professionalism to get rid of my initial concern. They prepared report to prove $15K diminished value claim. Insurance company is currently offering quite a bit lower at $8500. Jim is helping me with counter offer. I'm very impressed with his genuine customer care! I highly recommend anyone seeking help with diminished value claim anywhere in USA.

  Outstanding service and a positive result. Less than 1 month after making the claim and following up with one email, I received a check from the insurance company for the full amount of DV Check's estimated diminished value. Jim and his team communicated thoroughly, professionally, and quickly in providing me with the tools and advice needed to work with the 3rd party insurance company.   I was hit from behind by a minor talking on his cell phone. I was devastated because I had a car that was barely driven and was in pristine condition. While my wife is a lawyer, I figured I would find someone who has experience to help me with my DV. Jim was amazing and helped me at every step in the process.
