  DVCHECK delivered exactly what they said they could do. Jim lead me step-by-step through the process and let me know exactly what to say to the other drivers insurance company. By using.DVCHECK, I was able to recover almost twice with that insurance company initially offered. Great company to work with.

  DVCHECK helped me to recover more than $3000 for my totaled 2023 Tesla Y. They responded super fast and provided very detailed and convincing appraisal. After I submitted the appraisal, they negotiated with my insurance company hired appraiser to agree with the one they provided. Excellent job!

  As the result of a car crash while visiting Atlanta, my Porsche suffered damage to the front bumper and headlamp. I made property damage and diminished value claims against the at-fault driver’s insurance company. Although the insurer paid the full property damage claim, it low balled me on the diminished value claim, offering $2000-claiming, first, that it didn’t have to pay DV (false) and second that $2000 was fair based upon its proprietary data, which of course the insurer refused to provide. I knew intuitively that $2k was not fair. Insurance companies never offer full value at first. So I hired DVCheck. Within about a week I received their detailed and fact based DV Appraisal coming in at $6,112.00. I sent it off to the insurer with a demand for payment. Within just a few days, the insurer offered to pay the *full appraisal amount.* $4,112 over its offer.
  DVCheck people were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and were willing to stay involved at every step of the process. Although I hope I don’t have to hire DVCheck again, I will if necessary.

  DVCHECK was a lifesaver for me. My car was 2.5 months old with 1300 miles on it when it was hit in an accident from a car that ran a red light. My car sustained $13,000 in damages but I knew the car would not be the same after repairs and it wasn’t. Knowing from experience that once I attempt a trade in any dealer would reduce the Trade-in value. Not knowing the diminished value was concerning. I reached out to DVCHECK, and Jonathan contacted me almost immediately offering their service and explaining the process. I am happy to say that I have received almost 100% of DVCHECKS assessment. $4280! I am very happy with the guided process that Jonathan and his team provided.   I recently had the pleasure of working with DVCheck for a diminished value appraisal on my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise throughout the process.

  Jim and the team at DVCHECK are true professionals. As an Independent Insurance Broker, it is incredibly valuable to have efficient, knowledgeable, and hard-working contacts who can assist in ensuring that our clients receive fair and timely settlements from their insurance company. Jim most recently assisted on a total loss to a high-end SUV, increasing the settlement by more than $10,000 from the original (low ball) offering. These types of outcomes do not occur unless you have someone like Jim running point on your claims settlement process.

  DVcheck was easy to work with and I received a fair settlement that was 6x the amount that the insurance company was willing to pay me before getting DVchecks involvement. Once I submitted the appraisal the insurance payed out full, no further questions or negotiations. I was able to speak to someone about the details and value of my case before payment, unlike other DV companies that don't offer phone support and just want you to pay the fee. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone seeking diminished value.

  Jim was so great. I was having trouble getting my car appraised at a fair value through my insurance company after being in an accident. I eventually decided to go through a third party to try and get a reasonable appraisal. Jim was fast, efficient and ended up getting me a very fair value for my car. He saved me a lot of money.   My Journey with DV Check started in Autumn of 2023. Jim and his team did my diminished value claim appraisal. I sent it to the insurance company and they refused to pay. DV check guided me with more supportive evidence from the market to submit to the insurance company. They still refused to pay. Therefore I filed a small claims court case. DV check were still there to answer general questions during this time and their response time was fast! I paid the fee for Jim to testify in court. Jim touched base with me before the court date briefly to prepare evidence and questions and points to raise to support my claim. Jim was able to support and defend his report flawlessly in court and was able to answer all the judges questions-A true expert. When DV check and Jim states they stand by you through the whole process from beginning to end -even if that ends in court (if you decide) they mean it .The insurance company only wanted to give me $1,700 , but with Jim's testimony I was awarded the full amount of about $4,600! Highly recommend them. From 10/2023 to 7/2024 they had my back.

  I had an excellent experience with DVCheck. Would 100% recommend. Quickly provided a fair, expert appraisal with proof to back it up. Unfortunately, USAA refused to negotiate. They offered 1% vs. the appraised 10%. I ended up filing in small claims court, and at the last minute (one week before the trial), they caved. Here are my lessons learned, at least with USAA:
  1) If you have a DV claim, you need to 100% use DVCheck's services
  2) If you can't reach a settlement and the amount of damages is appropriate, don't be afraid to use small claims court - that is what it is there for, and it is an easy process.
  3) Research and follow exactly the claims court process - it is all there on Google
  4) Prepare your documentation (including the DVCheck appraisal), and wait for the court date
  5) Hold firm - they will contact you to negotiate, often at the last minute before the court date
  6) Negotiate your fair damages and they will accept
  It is more expensive for them to go to court than to negotiate a settlement. Most people will not go through the claims court process, or bail on the process before the court date, and the insurance company is counting on this to happen.
  My final advice is to listen to DVCheck's advice, and be patient. They are experts and know what they are doing. That expertise is well worth the money.
