    As most of us we are lost in translation when it comes to car insurance and settlements. I had no idea what to do! I found DVcheck online and honestly I was very hesitant. I thought this has to be a scam. I sent in my estimate and he responded with a dollar range of loss I incurred. Although I was hesitant I called and spoke with Layne and he eased my mind in the process. I paid the fee hoping I wasn't being scammed and was notified it would take a couple days to get facts and information together. A few days later I was emailed what I needed to say and hard facts to prove the loss. Of course I knew this was going to take a bit of time dealing with insurance companies and there was many times I emailed DVcheck for a next step or advice on what to do. I am very pleased to say today the insurance company agreed to settle for only a few dollars less than I originally asked for but 100% more than I would have gotten without DVcheck on my side. If you are hesitant as I was I'm here to ease your mind. They are excellent and I highly recommend them, Thank you Layne & Team at DVCHECK....... I did not get taken by the insurance company... All thanks to you!!

    Very good service at a reasonable price. The support team was prompt to respond. An appraisal report was prepared for me very quickly and the whole process was smooth. They seem to have much experience dealing with insurance companies and claims agents and give you exact verbiage to get them to offer a good value.

    Would definitely recommend DVCheck's services! My car was totaled and the insurance company tried to low ball me for the valuation. I tried at least 2 weeks fighting with the insurance company before I gave up and hired DVCheck to represent me. DVCheck provided a report within 2 business days and negotiated directly with the insurance company's appraiser. 7 business days later the final negotiated value was over $4,400 (13%) more than what the insurance company was initially offering. DVCheck got me more than what I was aiming for when trying to do it myself. Save yourself time and aggravation by using DVCheck to represent you!

    DVCHECK is amazing. First, I completed their online free estimate for my totaled car. Then, I was contacted by DVCHECK and told that they could definitely help me negotiate a better offer from State Farm. I paid the entirely reasonable fee and Jim managed to get State Farm to settle for $3800 more than their original low ball amount! DVCHECK offered support throughout the entire process and I highly recommend them.

    Amazing team and experience! Very quick response time anytime I reached out. Jim provided an excellent valuation analysis that was used to negotiate with the insurance and got me a roughly $4000 increase from their initial total loss payout appraisal.     Highly recommended! We used DVCheck for a diminished value report and were able to increase the amount offered by the insurance company from 2% to 10% of the estimated value of our vehicle. The report they provide is highly detailed and accurate. They are also always quick to respond and answer questions throughout the process. I only wish I knew about them earlier when we had a total loss claim. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family as well.

    Helped me settle a diminished value claim on my m340i. Got approximately 10% of vehicle value on a minor accident. Helps me feel whole after taking the hit on the Carfax.
    They were extremely helpful in the follow up emails with the adjuster and in the end I was able to get Progressive to double their initial offer.
    All this to say I live in Oregon and believe the laws surrounding settlement of diminished value are very consumer friendly. If you live in a state without protections your milage may vary.

    The insurance company sent me a letter stating, "We believe that most vehicles do not sustain any reduction in value after the completion of proper repairs and that skilled repairers can properly restore most vehicles to their pre-accident condition". They included that if I felt that my property had diminished in value, that I could provide supporting documentation for them to consider. I hired DVCheck. They provided an incredible report. I sent it to the insurance company. They never questioned it. They wrote a check immediately for the amount that DVCheck declared, and I had it deposited to my account within 24 hours. ( My car was a brand new car, off the lot for less than 1 week, and less than 100 miles. That may have also affected the insurance company's positive response ). All in all, it was well worth the fee that DVCheck charges.

    A friend told me about DVCHECK after my truck had been involved in an accident. I contacted DVCHECK and they took the information regarding the repair shop final bill and accident. They provided me with a diminished value appraisal that I sent to the other driver's insurance company. The company had their own appraiser view the repairs. The next week, the insurance company issued me a check for the full amount of DVCHECK's appraisal. I was very satisfied. Thanks.
