      I purchased a custom order replacement spa cover from Florida Spa Covers on 10/10/2022 for $547.00 and received it a couple of months later. The cover appeared to be exactly as ordered and I was satisfied. This order was to replace the original cover that had gotten water logged after 8 years of ownership. This cover had upgrades designed to minimize the likelihood of this happening again.On 6/30/2024, I removed the cover from my spa and noted that one half of the cover had gotten water logged already. I had recorded videos of the saturated cover and water running out of the stitching when in the upright position. The website states these custom covers have "up to 5 year warranty". This occurred within 2, therefore I attempted to call the business at their number ************. What I encountered was an answering service to dial 1 for sales and dial 2 for customer service. Both options go directly to voicemail. I left a voicemail with details on 7/1/2024 at 14:19 and received no call back. I then left another voicemail with limited details (assuming a non-negative message may obtain a call back) on 7/3/2024 at 11:36. I also left another voicemail with limited details on 7/5/2024 at 10:02. I have also left a voicemail with limited details on 7/12/2024 at 13:30. At no time did I receive a call back from this company.

      I purchased a new hot tub cover from Florida Spa Covers in March of 2023. The cover was delivered and installed in April 2023 without any issue. I observed that one of the seams was pulling apart in May of 2024. The cover was sold with a non-prorated 5-year warranty so I attempted to contact them regarding a warranty covered repair or replacement. The company has become unresponsive and unreachable. I have attempted to reach to them by email and phone (voice mail) several times and they have yet to provide any response (or even answer their phone).

      Paid over $500 for a sealed, reinforced cover and added expedited shipping... took nearly 2 months to receive after multiple calls/messages which ALWAYS went to voice-mail. So frustrated by their lack of response. After finally receiving the cover in mid October, we noticed a sag after less than 10 months. Within a year, the cover was so waterlogged, it traps any rain we get & we could barely open it. I have consistently called & left messages on every voicemail they offer, with no response. No Email response either. I live in California, but if I lived on the East coast, I would drive it there myself for a refund!

      I ordered a spa cover from this company on April 19, 2023. It was to be delivered to me within a few weeks. After not hearing from them, I called a couple of times and emailed them, but I never got any communication back until I got a notice they had canceled my order and processed a refund on my credit card. That notification came in on June 19, 2023order Refunded: *****. The amount of the charge on my credit card was never refunded, even though it was claimed to have been processed. No phone calls have been returned, and the time to dispute via the credit card has passed. Considering I paid in full for a product that they canceled and then never refunded, and I have a complete paper trail, I really hope that there is something that can be done to get my money back and so many others'.

      I ordered a cover in November of 2022. It took several weeks past the promised date that I paid extra for, for it to even be delivered. We were very happy with the cover up until recently. I paid to have it double wrapped for vapor barrier plus use the solar cover and one side is so waterlogged I cannot even get the cover off my spa. This is unacceptable for something that has only been in use for a year. This needs to be made right so I can purchase a new one or I need a new wrapped piece of foam to install so this doesn't keep filling with water!!

      I ordered a new custom hot tub cover on July 29, 2022, and paid $2400 for the full amount of the cover. On February 16,2023 I was told by ******* they could not build my hot tub cover and a refund would be sent to me. I have not received the refund nor will they return my calls or emails. My order number is ******. Please help me get my refund.

      I ordered a custom spa cover (order #*****) November 2, 2022, paid for expedited fabrication and shipping used my **************** and received the cover on December 27, 2022. The box was damaged by a nail sticking up from the pallet used by the shipper (Yellow Freight-in bankruptcy). In July of 2023 I discovered that two of the four parts of the folding cover were accumulating water/water weight. Also mold appeared to be growing inside the clear "waterproof" interior wrap. I took the cover off and was able to drain the water out the end of the panels. Attempted to dry it in the sun. In early August I started trying to contact the company about the Warranty, as directed on the Warranty document. Could not get through. I also used the website "contact us" function to request information regarding a Warranty claim. I made at least 1`2 attempts by **************** phone and website "Contact Us" function with no responses to date (October 6, 2023). I suspect this cover will accumulate more and more water in winter use, sag and fail more completely. **************** declines to assist because the purchase is more than 60 days ago. It appears that I'm out of a bundle of money as a reward for using Florida Spa Covers. I need a full refund so I can purchase from another vendor.

      Place the order with Florida spa on April 7, 2023 for a hot tub cover. A hot tub cover cost $459. They sent me an email on May 2, 2023 saying it was in production. Florida spa sent me another email on June 20, 2023 telling me that they will be refunding me my money and not sending me the cover. As of today August 17, 2023. I have not received any more emails or any refund in the mail. I used a credit card and the refund has not gotten back on my card either. I have sent them numerous emails asking what is supposed to happen why I have not heard from them and they have not responded.
