      I submitted an order and payment for a new hot tub cover on 2/6/2023. After not receiving the cover for over two months, I emailed on 4/14/23 with no response. I called and spoke to a gentlemen who was surprised it hadn't been manufactured and shipped yet. He assured me it would go into production that week and shipped out. I emailed again on 6/14/23 with no response. I have called numerous times, and have only gotten their answering machine. As of 7/31/23, I have received no updates or response to this $379 order.Looking at their website today, I get the feeling that this company has gone out of, or is in the process of going out of business. I am seeking a refund as it has been nearly 6 months since placing this order with no delivery.

      I ordered a hot tub cover April 8 th $419 on may 2nd I just called to check on status well nobody answered numerous calls or emails. I received an email saying I *** refunded but I haven't been and still nobody will call or email me back and still no refund!

      I ordered a custom spa cover on April 17, 2023 and paid $608.00 via credit card. Expected delivery date was 6-8 weeks. Never received product. I received email that they were refunding me, but never received refund. I try calling but only get answering service.

      Purchase date 12/16/22 Order #***** Delivery date 2/10/23.The XPO driver got lost since it was a rural delivery - the driver (*****) called when he got into service and I met him on the county road (C.R. 137). His delivery truck was facing the wrong way to make the hairpin turn to the driveway of the delivery. I backed my truck up to his truck and slid the hot tub cover across. I did notice some tears in the box as did ***** - he noted tears in the cardboard on the shipping ticket. We did not open the entire box since we were parked on the county road with traffic going by. The picture provided in the report clearly shows forklift damage. When I opened the box that night I saw the damage to the hot tub cover. I immediately called XPO to report the damage. I was told that Florida Spa Covers needed to file a claim with XPO. I never heard anything from Florida Spa Covers until I called asking the status. They said the claim was denied since I signed the ticket at delivery. I contacted the local XPO branch to see what could be done. I spoke with ********************* - ************** Manager - ************** *************. He was willing to help look into the situation. He asked if he could get the file from Florida Spa Covers of the information on this claim ( claim #CC3696869) to review. I have made repeated calls to both the customer service and sales numbers with no returned calls. Have also made repeated attempts through "contact us" on their website with no reply. This problem has ongoing for over 7 months. Refund or replacement.

      After ordering a spa cover and lifter and waiting for months and months we never received part of our order. *** called and spoke with them 7 times about a refund of the items we did not receive and they kept telling me they sent a check but we have never received any refund from them.

      We purchased a hot tub cover in March 2023. I have called at least 20 times and all I ever get is a message machine I have never received the cover and I would like a refund I dont know what to do at this point, they took my money off a credit card.

      I ordered a hot tub cover on 4-2-2023. I have never received the cover. I only way I have communicated with the company is through email. You can not call them. They will not pick up. The phone number go to an answering machine. They say they are refunding my money, however I have not yet seen the money back in my account. So, I do not know what is happening. I am out $518.00 and I do not have a hot tub cover now. I do not know what I am going to do. I just do not have $518.00 to throw around. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      After many attempts to call and message this company for the hot tub cover I pitched they final responded that it was refunded but my credit card was never credited

      We received a confirmation on April 12, 2023 of our order for a spa cover. Order number *****. This was charged to our credit card on that date. On May 2, we were notified via email that our order was going into production. On June 20th, we received an email stating that our order has been refunded. We did not receive a refund on our credit card to date. We also did not request a refund and have been waiting for the delivery. We were told it would be approximately 6 weeks after the start of production to complete the order. We have sent numerous emails to Florida Spa, with no response. We have left over a dozen voice mails, and none of them have been returned. It is now three months since our credit card was charged and we have not received the cover that we ordered. The purchase price was $488.00.
