  Never order from this company. We placed and paid for an order 02/2023 and have never received it. We have not be able to get ahold of them, left multiple, multiple messages and emails and they won't return messages or emails. Horrible experience.

  Received a custom spa cover and after one year, it sinks in the middle allowing rainwater and dirt to seep in. Placed phone calls, emails and used the contact form with no success. Wrote to the Florida attorney general hoping for some help. The website says exceptional service --ha, what a joke! Do not buy anything from these people, you'll regret it!

  Take your business someplace else unless you don't mind getting ripped off!!!! I placed an order in 2021 for a new spa cover and a cover lift. I did receive my spa cover however, I never have received my lift. Over the last two years I have made multiple calls and sent numerous emails, if someone did pick up when I called I would just get put on hold until I ended the call (last call I waited almost an hour) and I never have received a response to an email I sent. I am out over 200$ and I am traveling to the Tampa area for business soon and I do plan to visit the company.

  After waiting (3) months for a cover - I requested a full refund as the gentleman a spoke with could not provide a delivery date. This was March 16, 2023. It is now (6) months later - September 20, 2023, and I have not received a refund.

  Do not purchase anything from this company. We received a damaged cover and refused it/sent it back. This was in April, and now in July we still have not received a replacement. I have called a number of times with no response. My star rating would be a -10. Robert D

  We ordered a spa cover in March and was told not to except it if there was any damage. The freight company said it had damage and not to except it, which is what we did! We did get a hold of the spa company, they said we would get a new cover in 2-3 weeks, still do not have it, nobody calls us back can’t get through to anyone! Would like to get cover or money back!   Ordered a Spa Cover Feb. 8th, 2023. On Feb. 17th, 2023 received an email recommending we upgrade the thickness to 3" since spa was outside. We decided to do so for the additional $70.00 charge...4+ months later, no cover, no returned phone calls, no returned emails. Through this process I did receive a single returned phone call on May 4th, 2023 from a guy who seemed to have no idea what was going on. Gave him my order number and he said "this didn't ship?" "I'll dig in and get back to you today or tomorrow". That has been all. Did not hear back from them and recent calls and emails have gone unreturned. I have a dispute active with my credit card company currently. If I need to take this to the next level with BBB, I will. Awful company. Should be forced to close their doors to avoid future situations like this! I wish I could give zero stars since they don't deserve the one star review.

  We purchased our Spa Cover on May 5, 2023 I got a e mail with confirmation # ***** . We then got a e mail stating we needed an upgrade, My Husband called and spoke with a gentleman (No Name) Florida Spas thought that because we live in Michigan we needed the Upgrade. My husband explained that wasn't necessary our Spa is under a covered deck. They refunded the Refund right away However I have heard not one word on confirmation of Product delivery on original order Nothing!! I have e mailed and called several times, with No Response I see from the comments on BB this happens a lot. I want to proceed with a refund to purchase another place. I believe this place is a SCAM
