      We ordered a Spa Cover on November 10, 2021 Order number XXXXX

      It was delivered damaged on 2/16/2022 without being signed for. Just dropped off with no signature.

      The spa company filed a claim with the freight company Yellow freight claim number XXXXXX

      Yellow freight paid the claim to Florida Spa Company.

      So they have been paid for the original product. It was delivered unusable and they received payment for the damaged cover.

      They refuse to answer phone calls and emails. We are getting nowhere.

      Today is 8/10/2022 it is 10 months later and we have no recourse.

      It's not that they have bad service they have no service because they refuse to respond.

      I ordered an expedited spa cover on June 29, 2022 to have delivered to clients home.... Upon receiving the thinly protected boxed up 4' x 8' cover box at clients home.... Delivery guy just leaves it standing on end against the home of which neither home owner was able to inspect and sign for the package as it states boldly on each side of box. Needless to say, there is a 1.25" hole that goes through the box into the cover that was damaged during transport. Called FSC, whom proceeds to put blame on homeowner and freight company... That I needed to contact the freight company to get a claim... Upon speaking with freight company, she said that the shipper, whom has the account needs to get into account to place a claim. So round round round like a record player baby we go...
      Two weeks later still no return phone call from sales or customer service department of FLa Spa Covers!???!
      I just want a full refund of my money please.

      Called Florida spa cover to purchase a spa cover paid for it.($414)3 weeks later a yellow freight trucker called me and said box is damaged, so was cover .truck driver did not deliver cover. I called Florida spa cover left several messages, e mail them.. no response
