      Ordered spa cover 7/25/22 (Order #*****) and paid in full in advance with ***** ******* attempted delivery of damaged cover (it arrived on delivery truck with a large hole punched in middle) on 9/21/22, and I emailed Florida Spa Covers immediately, Florida Spa Covers replied via email 9/24/22 they would have to "verify" damages before they would start production of a replacement cover. Since then, they have been unresponsive - won't answer phone or reply to email. Sent email cancelling order and requesting refund on October 6, 2022. There has been no response.

      I purchased a Spa Cover on 6-20-2022 for ******. I received an email on 8-24-2022 stating that the Spa Cover was on its way. Specific instructions told me that if there was any visible damage to the outside of the box, ask to inspect the cover. If there is any damage to the cover, refuse the shipment. Then notify the company that the shipment was refused.The Spa Cover arrived damaged on 8-31-22, and I refused the shipment. I called the company to notify them that the cover was damaged and wanted to know how soon I could receive a replacement cover. The company said that they had to receive the paperwork from the shipping company informing them that the cover was refused, then I would be contacted about a replacement. I received an email on 8-31-2022 from the Florida *********** acknowledging my claim and stating that they would keep in contact with me during the process. This was the last time that I heard from the company.I have made four calls to the company, and all have gone to voicemail. I have left messages, and no one has returned my call. I have since contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. I just wanted my cover. I have waited all summer for the cover.

      I ordered a spa cover for my jacuzzi Hot tub. The order was placed on august 24th. I also paid extra to have the order expedited so shipped within 14 business days. I received a package on the 20th that was not mine. It was for another person with the same first name and the same state but not my package. I contacted the freight company after not excepting the wrong package to inform them I didnt receive my package it was someone elses. Yellow freight informed me that there was no other package in their system for me and Florida Spa covers sent the wrong package with my BOL. I have left so many messages with their so called customer service number and also with their sales number. I have not received a call back yet. I did however send Multiple emails to them regarding this matter. I receive just one back thanking me for my patience. I have sent multiple since with no response from the company and no idea what is happening. They have taken my money for a product that was never sent to me. I just want the product that was promised to me and should receive a refund for the additional money I spent to put a rush on it. Really I just need a call, an explanation, and a to know what is being done about this. The companies customer service really is non existent. Thank you for the help!

      I bought an in stock spa cover order # ***** with guaranteed immediate shipping. I never received the cover and there is no one answering phone calls or emails to discuss the problem. I have reached out through social media with no response. I believe this should be submitted to the law to investigate their practices.

      Hi I ordered a spa cover with a cover guard on June 17, 2022. Order# *****. I paid an extra $74.90 for the cover guard. I finally received the spa cover on September 13, 2022 but no cover guard. I have called Florida Spa Covers and left multiple messages on the sales and customer service lines. No one EVER answers the phone so you have to leave a message. I also emailed them with no response!!! All I want to know is where is my Cover Guard and when will I be receiving it!!!! I will NEVER order from them again or recommend their business! Very poor customer service and very unprofessional business!!!!

      I ordered and paid in full $438 on Feb20, 2022 order #***** It arrived damaged and the trucker (Yellow) verified that it was damaged and we went through the necessary steps to have it replaced. Then I hit the stone wall about getting the replacement. They have not returned my dozens of calls, email messages or respond in any way. I have one of their covers from a previous order and was very pleased with it. I'm not looking for a refund and still want the cover; but this has gone on for a too long to be a reasonable transaction. I see from the many previous complaints that they do respond to you, and hopefully they will innate a positive response.

      I ordered a custom spa cover and paid $658.98 on *ebuary 23rd 2022 (order #*****) by phone. The representative who took my order said that do to supply issues the order would be completed in 13 weeks instead of the normal 6 weeks. I received an email confirmation on March 19 stating the order was being processed. I called the company in early July. The same representative said that the cover was ready except for the custom control panel cut-out, and that it would probably be done by the end of the month. I called again in August and September. No one answered the phone or called back when I left messages. I also sent emails and left messages through their web site with no reply. I believe the company is a racket. Their web site states a B+ BBB rating instead of the * listed. Please resolve this. Thank you.

      purchased on 06/29/2022 Total price $448.33 Online order was taken and we paid the total in full with credit card. They said they attempted to deliver product on a Saturdauy but our business was closed. They also state they tried a number of times to call but got no answer. I have called and emailed them multiple times to set up a different address and provided my cell phone number to contact me direct but have only received one email response that simply repeated that they had tried to deliver to us but we were closed. All we want from this company is our money refunded.

      On May the 6th of 2022 my wife and I ordered a Peyton Sundance Spa Cover from Florida Spa Covers expecting delivery in approximately 6 weeks. After several e-mails, followed by phone calls as of today, September 2nd we have yet to receive this cover. Recently our e-mails and phone calls have received no response.

      i ordered a hot tub cover from Florida spa Covers in April, 2022 and paid $465.00 at the time. The spa cover was delivered in June, 2022 in damaged condition and i refused the shipment. I contacted the company and was told they would put through an expedited replacement order and I could expect delivery in early-July, 2022. It is now August 16, 2022 and I have contacted the company asking about the status of the order. I have left three (3) voicemail messages and received no response from any person whether in management or customer service. I am concerned this company is out of business and i have lost my money. At this point, I simply want to get a refund of $465.00 and I will seek out another supplier of hot tub covers.

      The spa cover was finally delivered to my home on August 25, 2022. There was some damage to the container but none to the cover itself. It took over 4 1/2 months for the order to be filled. When it was finally scheduled for delivery, there was no apology issued by the company, Florida Spa Company, for the delay or failure to respond to my requests for information from customer service. I will never use this company again for any supplies or items supporting my Jacuzzi J-345 spa.
