      Ordered a cover over 8 weeks ago with an estimated shipping of 5 weeks. I'm not mad that its almost double the time they advertised but more so that they don't return any calls, or emails regarding the status of my order.

      Ordered a lifter 3 months ago. Charged me for a product I never received. Left countless emails and phone calls. So I'm out $240. Terrible business. Stay away.

      Ordered a cover 4/15 and they charged my card. Cover has not been received and they have replied to no emails. I have left numerous voice mails (no one ever answers the phone) and have received no returned phone calls. Complete scam of a company.

      Placed order for Spa Cover 4/20/23. Was told to allow 30 days for delivery. It is currently 42 days later and company does not return phone calls or reply to email requests. Charge back requests initialized with my credit card company today
      What a complete waste of time and energy.

      I ordered a cover for my swim spam weeks ago and have not been able to get anyone to pick up the phone or return any of my messages. This seems like a scam and paid a good amount but can not get anyone to respond.No customer service and no live person ever picks ** the phone in fact I have called different times during the week with the same result.

      This should be 0 stars for the horrid customer service. Ordered a cover in February. I paid for expedited production. The cover arrived damaged and I refused delivery on 3/2/23 The General Manager said he could not refund my money until he received confirmation from the shipping company and to give him 24 hours. I gave them a week and called back. He stated that he did not receive confirmation from the shipping company. I called the shipping company and they sent me the documentation which I then sent to FSC. Still did not receive a refund. The ** said he emailed the shipping company for additional information and did not receive it. I told him maybe he should call like I did. He then hung up on me. I have called back numerous times and been belittled and hung up on multiple times. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges because I was getting nowhere with this dreadful company. The way that they treat their customers is appalling to say the least!

      I ordered a spa cover 2 Mar. I received a call for the local delivery Company on 4 April stating that the cover had been damaged by the shipping company. They asked my if I wanted it delivered or if I wanted it sent back? I told them to send it back, that I didn't want it if it was damaged. I sent an email to Florida Spa Covers and called the customer service department to inform them what had happened. I was told that they would file an insurance claim through the shipping company. On 19 Apr, I called Florida Spa Covers customer service department back to ask the status of my new spa cover? I was told that they had no information about the cover being reported damaged. I told him I had an email stating that I called them and sent them an email. He straight up told me I was a liar!!! Needless to say, I didn't take to kind to that. I went off. He kept arguing with me until he just hung up on me and then blocked my number. So I couldn't even call back to talk to a supervisor. WOW!!! This guy has no business working anywhere in Customer Service. I have to give him credit though. I got an email about 10 mins later stating they refunded my Credit Card for the full amount. I suggest that you don't do any business with this company, unless you want your blood pressure to go through the roof....Crazy!!!

      This company is the worst company. I ordered a hot tub cover over 30 days ago, they promise it to you in 10 days. When the cover finally came the cover was damaged with a hole in it. Called the company to get another one and the general manger is the most rude person i've ever spoken with in customer service. He then said i was being rude and just refunded my order without me asking, i just wanted another spa cover sent out. This place is toxic....stay away

      I agree with Alison, I found their customer service unprofessional and even rude. I was trying to order a spa cover on line and the order form showed conflicting information. I emailed to ask for help and got none other than being told to send a template. I questioned whether I could send the old cover and received the following email: "If you don't wish to provide a template we wont be able to help. You can write a review on google or any platform, which we will dispute as Extortion and provide this email thread as evidence that you are not a customer. Only customers can leave reviews," unsigned Terrible customer service. I'm not surprised that BBB revoked their accreditation. Gordon
