Please be aware that this location adds unwanted services to your car rental. I told the agent who serviced me that I had my insurance, however, instead of putting a decline on the ticket, I found an acceptance by insurance and other services. The total added $160. Once I noticed the mistake on my printout, I called the 800 number. So far I have spoken with three people to obtain a full refund that should only take 7 days. Well, it has now been *********************************************************** full.

I rented a mid size suv for 4 days $200 and my final bill was $377. When I rented the vehicle, I asked them how many passengers and bags it held because it looked very small to me. I was told five passengers and two full-size luggage. The car held the 4 people I needed and one full luggage. I had to put the other one in between the kids in the back seat because you could not close the hatchback with two full size suitcases. When I rented the vehicle, no one explained it is fully electric. Never owning or operating a fully electric car. I had no idea how to charge it or where to charge it. Luckily, I barely drove the car so I was able to limp *******************. Which is why they charged an additional $35 to charge the car. Also told I needed to pay $13 per day for tolls. I went through two tolls totaling about five dollars. I will never do business with thrifty, dollar or hertz.

We pre-paid for an EV. When we got to the Thrifty counter, they said they had no cars and it would be 3 to 4 hrs. We waited 2 1/2 hours and decided to go into the garage ourselves. I asked a garage attendant for Thrifty about the lack of cars. He asked what did you rent? I said an EV. He said I have 2 right here. We processed out and left. I returned the car with 3 percent under what I should have charged the car to. They charged me *****. I spoke to customer service and explained the process and headache getting the car. They could have cared less. I would have never called to ask about the refund of ***** if customer service would have been good from the start. Not a good company to rent from.

Do not use Thrifty. They told me ******************* was required in *******, and being that I had waited in like for 1.5 hrs, I accepted this. I saw the increased charge for $800 from my $600, quote, and he told me the extra $200 as the credit card hold. As soon as I got in the car, I knew this was wrong. I called several times during my trip to get this refunded. Never could get anyone on the phone, and when I went to FB to DM Thrifty, they said I needed to bring this up when I returned the car. So I waited on line for another hour before my departing flight, only for them to tell me to email the branch manger. I've emailed them 3 times, with no response. It's not worth the wait and incompetent employees. I have never left a negative review for a business before, and I really really encourage people to NOT use thrifty (or Dollar, it's the same company).

Terrible customer service. I got a ********************** from ******. Ended up paying a lot more than what was quoted. Then got an email saying there was damage to the car. This is a false claim the car never had any damage. After spending over ************************************************ what the damage was, I said I wanted to dispute this false claim. They wouldn't give me any kind of help, they were rude and unpleasant to talk to plus they would hang up on me instead of answering my questions. I am never renting from Thrifty again. I am not going to be lied to and treated like this. I have never had this happen to me before with any car I have ever rented.

The service was horrible. The management wasnt helpful at all. They wouldnt honor something proven to be done over a dozen times which was take a debit card as payment. ******, a manager at the ************** location was the worst of all. I asked for a customer service number to speak to a rep and they gave me a customer support number for renting and booking. Not once was there a way to speak to a manager or rep that could actually help me with the issue. I had payment records and all showing they have done it before. So unprofessional and unaccountable for horrible service. All should be fired.

I made a reservation in HA. The line was out the door with only 2 people working the counter. 45 minutes after waiting in line and moving up 3 places, I found out that they had no cars available for rent. I prepaid for the car rental and they refused to refund me. I called the customer service phone and after being on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes (I timed it), they still refused to refund my money because I did not cancel 20 minutes before my rental. Is this even legal?Pay the extra $3 a day and rent from *****

I would never rent from this company. They stole money from me. They charged me upgrade fees that I was not aware of and did not consent to. It more than tripled the cost of my rental car. **************** is a joke. They are frauds they are criminal. Do not rent your car from here!!

Like so many others have posted. Was told one thing by the agent and then charged a much higher price. When disputed, was told that by signing the agreement I accepted the cost even though was lied to by the agent. Was lied to and stonewalled over and over again when trying to resolve the overcharge. Beware, do NOT rent from Thrifty, Dollar, or Hertz as there is a culture of dishonesty and deception.

They rip you off! Beware. I have read 100s of reviews of the same complaint! They have overcharged me by $535 and they are stating I owe them. I prepaid my rental and they are trying to double charge me. They have since sent a bill to collections because my credit card company has reversed the charge. I have excellent credit *** pay all my bills. But this company is scamming people, big time! Beware!!
