5 starsWe contracted with FHIA on February 6, 2024 for 10 new impact windows. The existing windows were measured on February 9, 2024. The new impact windows were installed on March 18, 2024. FHIA took care of everything including contacting our HOA, and getting all permits that were required. We are very pleased with the length of time from beginning to end. The windows were inspected within a couple of days of the completed installation. Everything passed perfectly and the inspector told us the rating of the windows was very good, intact higher than some of the windows he inspects from other companies. The windows look great and we do not need the unattractive hurricane shutters any longer. We are very pleased with the windows and the whole experience. 5 starsHad a great experience. I wanted to replace all my old, leak window with hurricane rated windows. My salesperson was very professional and the turn around from order to installation was very fast, approx. 6 weeks. Job was done quickly and efficiently and follow up from customer service and the rep was excellent. I am very pleased with the new windows. This has been a very unprofessional experience with no resolution from FHIA. I would not recommend using this company. What is expressed by the company from craftsmanship, product installation, clean up and professionalism and what actually happens is very different.
