      ************* Consumer beware! This company has been using spoofing technology to constantly call my cell phone every day since June 2, 2024 using a different number each time. They never leave a message when I decline the calls. The Caller ID shows ******************** Remodeling each time from a different Florida number. I never gave them my number and am not interested in doing business with this company. I have been on The Do Not Call Registry since 2014. This company even resorted to texting me twice on 6/02/24 asking me how many windows I have in my house. I replied and told them to stop texting me, and I am not interested in anything they are selling, then I blocked their text messages. Since then, I have been getting 6-10 phone calls from FHIA Remodeling everyday. I reported them to the *** and the Florida Attorney General. I would never recommend this company to anyone because of their shady and unscrupulous business practices. They are just out to harass possible customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

      The sales representative who took care of us was knowledgeable about the product and not aggressive at all. The installation team arrived on time each day and cleaned up after they were done. The product quality is also remarkable. I am very satisfied with the job and the product. I would recommend this contractor for your future home improvement projects.

      I have scheduled two appointments with this company to get a quote for my windows and neither time were they able to make the appointment. They have called me both times and given me the same excuse that the sales rep has been in an accident and will not be able to make it to our house. I can only attest to the fact that they either just do not want the business or their sales pitch involves making sure every single person that lives in the home is there. We told them that my husband would not be there, but he is not making decisions for the house. This house is in my name. I make the decisions for the house and both times the appointments have been canceled by the company. I do not recommend going with this company unless you want to waste your time taking off of work to make appointments that will not be taken seriously by the company.

      The installation was almost on time. The workers did good jobs and finished the installation in one day. I have a good experience with FHIA.

      From the initial salesman through install and inspection, I was pleased with the service. They kept me informed from the start through the final inspection. The installers were clean and pleasant.

      They have a h*** of a saleswoman, the installers were clean efficient and respectful. The process was quick pretty easy and the windows are doing their job.

      This was my third window replacement project with FHIA (3 different properties). Each project was done with such professionalism and timely completed. Just as important, there was never a problem with final inspections. Each time there was a different install crew and each of them were highly proficient at their skill set. The product itself has held up as the first project is now 6 years ago and not a problem with any of the 10 windows I would strongly recommend this company for any of your projects.I read one review where it states the exact opposite from my experience - I do not understand that as I have done 3 projects and each one was perfect from product to workmanship.

      These guys were great. From sales to installation. 3 people worked all day with no breaks and installed 13 windows. Quality was great ******************* ***************

      FHIA installed the products ordered. Overall all went well, but Ive noticed a few issues with the installation; all of which could be corrected. After bringing issues to the companys attention via email, an FHIA Manager offered an acceptable resolution. Im happy with the timely communication. Presently awaiting for FHIA to clear the issues within the next month, at which point I can turn the 4 star rating to 4.5.
