      I set up and appointment to have them come out and give me an estimate on new windows. The day before the appointment, they called to say they dont have a technician in the area. A few weeks later, they called to reschedule. I told them that if they cancelled again, I would never do business with them. Guess who just called to cancel againyou guessed it. I will never do business with them, TWICE theyve canceled. Horrible customer service!!!!

      I recently chose FHIA to replace all the windows in my home with new impact windows, and I am absolutely thrilled with the decision.The reason for the upgrade was the age of our previous windows, and with FHIA, the process couldnt have been smoother. The installation was impressively fast, taking much less time than I anticipated. Every single person that worked on my project before the installation was exceptional, communicative, highly skilled and knowledgeable. On the day of the install the crew showed up right on schedule, were not only highly professional but also friendly, and they kept the work area spotless, which made the experience stress-free.The new impact windows have completely transformed the look and feel of our home. They are not just beautiful but also highly effective at noise reduction, making our indoor environment much quieter and more serene. Additionally, the overall aesthetic of the house has noticeably improved.The quality of the windows, combined with the top-notch service provided by FHIA was totally worth it.I highly recommend FHIA to anyone considering new windows. They deliver not only a superior product but also excellent customer service, ensuring that the entire process is as easy and beneficial for the customer as possible.

      Well what can I say about my window installation this past Thursday by *****************************. ***, is this gentleman a hardworking, highly professional and polite, a pure joy! The first thing I asked him, was there another installer with him, he said, "No ma'am I can do this myself" A modern day ********. The quality of his work is bar none! My whole entire home has FHIA windows, slider and front door all by this fantastic company! Oh yes let me tell you the lifetime warranty of there product is amazing, my window was a 100% replacement.       FHIA has done work for me multiple times. They a have installed 16 impact windows, 2 impact rated doors, all my kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops.
      They were efficient, and quick, they cleaned after themselves every time they were at my home. Their windows are functioning perfectly and it has been almost 20 years since date of install. Everything is satisfactory with their work, and customer service which was a pleasure to speak with when I called. They were respectful and helpful, the men doing the install were very nice and courteous as well as very knowledgeable about their craft.
      When my wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen, a contractor showed up at our house posing as an employee of FHIA. He was a fraud, and the work that he did was very shoddy. I reached out to complain with FHIA who informed me this person does not work for them, and that he has done this multiple times. FHIA ended up doing the work on my kitchen, and gave me a rather large discount for the hassle I had been through with the previous contractor. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. That act alone should influence why you go with this company. They are one of the most reputable companies I have ever dealt with.

      FHIA in ************** is a reliable and trustworthy company. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Arrived on time and completed the job one day. Everything was left clean and neat. They used a plastic screen to keep the inside of the house dust free. Knowledgeable and polite employees. Remember when hiring FHIA there are different locations. I dealt with the ************** office. I recommend this office of FHIA
