      I was very impressed with the installation and service of my windows by FHIA. I would recommend them to anyone. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. Ive already noticed how the sound has diminished since having new windows put in. I also am very pleased with the look of my windows. I rate this companies, service and quality of their products a five out of five.

      I believe that FHIA products are top notch. The procedure of contracting with FHIA was seamless. From the initial meeting up to and including installation was excellent. They communicated every step of the way. Removal of the old patio doors and installation of the new impact patio doors was completed in under 3 hours. I am glad I chose FHIA.

      Installers were great. Neat, very professional. The warranty **** personnel are the worst. I have a defective window screen they installed almost 3 months ago. Still not resolved theyve promised on at least 3 occasions to send someone to measure for a replacement screen. And to date still waiting for a simple screen swap. They do not care about my repeated calls to them

      If we haven't replaced your screen please call ********************* - Unlike 90% of the Home Improvement companies out there we do have a service department and would like to get this taken care of.

      They were very professional polite and answered all questions ask they checked everything and corrected any mistakes on the site the quality of the windows are awesome very happy with the product price is also very good we would choose them again and recommend them also

      We LOVE the Impact Windows that we're installed by FHIA! We had our initial consultation at the end of December and by Valentine's *** we were looking out of brand new windows! The communication was amazing from everyone - from the consultant, to the installers. We had no complaints. The windows are great quality, and the installation was done perfectly. They cleaned up the debris too. Our City Inspector was impressed. We started getting compliments from the neighbors after the first window was installed. We are very happy that we had this home improvement project done with FHIA! We will definitely look to them when we have another project in mind.
