      We recently had a kitchen cabinet reface from FHIA . I must say that my wife and I couldnt be happier with their work The attention to detail and craftsmanship was above the industry standard. I really like that they do what they say that they will do. Quality is top notch. We even ran into a cupboard hanging problem that was left over from our previous builder and they have worked diligently to help us solve the issue so that the kitchen and all the cupboards blend together. I would highly reommend them.

      They were awesome. Installed ******************** two days. The windows are impressive. The installers were professional, very nice and cleaned up nicely. There was one small issue that they took care of once they were aware of it.

      Everything is fine. Very hard to communicate with the installer. Did not speak English.Other than that they did a nice job.

      Salesman (****) arrived at my house. I told him I wanted an estimate for 1 window and 3 patio doors. He looked around and asked how many windows in house and if more were fogged up. I said no. I just want an estimate for 1 window and 3 patio doors. He said you look like you are in a bad mood. I can leave and come back another time. I said no, let's get started with the estimate. He, again said it looks like you are in a bad mood, I can leave now. I said yes, why don't you do that. He did! If there was a 0 star rating, I would have chosen that.

      I was delighted with the FHIA purchase and installation of (six) new Pella windows. The salesman was informative and instructive about the product, the installation agreement was followed exactly as I was informed and the installation was completed by two very courteous and conscientious servicemen who went out of their way to do everything as perfectly as possible, including the clean and thorough removal of the replaced windows. The house improvement was the best one I have experienced in years and I will contact FHIA for future improvements.

      I had about 5 companies come out to give us quotes. The first 4 just didn't fit with me. Just something about them I didn't like. Then I got a flier about this company. So I called and made appointment. ****** came out that Saturday. My appointment was for 10. 945 he was here. I was impressed. He went over every detail. Ran numbers and I was sold. It took 6 weeks for installation as we were told. Installers were more then fantastic. They were very polite and extremely professional. I have never been more happier about a upgrade on my house then what they did for me and my family. I would and do tell everyone I know about them great company great employees

      I had all the windows plus my front door replaced. The workers were very friendly and professional. We are very happy with FHIA and recommend them. Great product and service.

      I had a very wonderful experience.They came when they said they would and was very pleasant.They new their job and explained to me everything they were doing.I am very pleased with my new windows they look so beautiful.The weather and noise level has definitly improved.I would recommend FHIA to anyone thing of.changing their windows.

      Well a very time from order to install. Excellent reps and communication was great. Had 1 window broken from factory reinstalled in a short time . Excellent service all around . Thanks.
