      I cannot recommend this company as their follow through is non existent. We had all the windows and sliding glass door replaced back in July. It took them 3 days and by day 3 they were ******* to finish. They installed the sliding screen door with some missing rollers. They said they would replace the screen door. It is now Jan. and it has still not been replaced. They are now ignoring my calls.

      They put in a sliding glass door for me. I was real impressed that they covered up the area so the rest of the house would not get quite so dusty when they had to do some sanding in some areas. They were thoughtful kind and let me know their progress I really appreciated their work. It was a job well done.

      It was a great experience working with FHIA. Starting with the sales staff to the installation crew.They took care of everything, permit, reaching out to condo management, etc.

      From the moment at *** as I was leaving on my way out, the FHIA lady informed me, they now do condos, I was hooked! Arrangements were made with a Fabulous 10 star Representative from FHIA, ***** C absolutely patient, understanding, considerate, respectful of our needs and budget, explained clearly how their company works, and accommodating to their Customers needs! The new *********************** Door, and the installation, crew, project manager and all supervisors within the company. We are 100% satisfied and blown away with the craftsmanship and the work and the detail and the compassion that everyone of them from FHIA helped us with, to complete our project. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for new doors and windows.
