I received an Omega XL order after I cancelled my subscription. The mailing container was never opened and was told that the order could not be returned for my $75.00 dollar refund. The product did not work for me. This company is totally a scam.

As discussed, unfortunately your last order was billed and shipped prior to your cancellation request. The account was no longer eligible for a refund at the time of cancellation. I needed to cancel my subscription and *********** was on the live chat quickly and within a couple of minutes had my cancellation taken care of for me. He offered me an option to continue but was not aggressive with his approach when I explained why I need to cancel. Very professional. Thank you, ***********!Great HealthWorks, Inc.

I believe this company is a film-flam operation. I tried to cancel my order within 10 minutes of making the order but was informed that the sales department can't make refunds. "*******" gave me a number to call for the cancellation department. There have been no answers to my many attempts to reach the number that I was given. This company offers a refund minus shipping and handling with 60 days. I have called the cancellation department 4 0r 5 times today and have never reached anyone. I believe that 10 minutes and 16 hours certainly fits within their 60 day refund policy. I just want my money back. I do NOT want their products. In my experience companies allow a person to cancel an order within three days with no penalty. I would advise people to beware of companies that advertise on television. Nowhere in their ads does it say anything about this being a subscription offer in which the price doubles after the trial period.**********Great HealthWorks, Inc.

I'm 71 years old and have arthritis in both hands. I started OmegaXL about 6 months ago and I no longer have arthritis pain in either hand. I saw improvements within a few weeks. I also had the start of a trigger finger. I was pretty sure surgery was going to be needed, after steroid shots brought little relief. Not anymore, I'm on my way to recovery for the trigger finger also. I've tried other fish oil products; the pills were fishy smelling, too large to easily swallow, and I had no improvement in my pain. OmegaXL pills have no fish smell, are small, making them easy to swallow, and brought relief from my joint pain, and arthritis. I highly recommend this product.Great HealthWorks, Inc.
