    Good product, Great service.. I tried to cancel subscription a few times and each time the company tried to accomodate me and give me more time to consume my product. At this time tho I am unable to continue my subscription and they cancelled it for me without a fuss. Appreciate the good service they have provided me.

    Good product but I could not afford it after all. The customer service person, *****, was prompt, courteous and offered options for me. In the end, I had to chose to cancel my subscription because of budgetary issues. ***** accommodated my request and did not pressure me to do something I did not want to do.

    I tried the product and while some people have seen improved results I did not. The problem arose when I called and asked for my auto ship and my account be canceled. I am not sure if the gentleman did not understand me, or if this is the company's typical response, buy that was in July, 2023.August 28th i was sent an email from Omega XLststing my auto ship was being sent. The time stamp on the email was 11:28 August 28. On August 29 8:33 am, roughly 9 hours after their email and I wanted to know WHY the order was being sent. I was told my order had been suspended. I told this agent it was noy suppose to be suspended, but canceled. He had a dog and pony presentation and I eneded up telling him I wanted my whole order canceled. He said he would take care of it. I checked my email and found the refund was for the product, not the shipping and handling. Called today, and spoke with a woman and she told me they cannot return my shipping charges. I ask her why, because this order was according to me never supposed to be ******* in the first place. I finally had her check with a supervisor and he agreed to refund the shipping charges. It ended up I am still out $0.95. I finally agreed to this because the people they employ for custome service are overseas and I did not understand her very well. I am not sure this is the way a strong reputable company responds. As a result, I am out $0.95 for a product I did not order, and will return. Just be carefull if you ever try and cancel an autoship program with this company. I hope you have success with their product. I did not
