      Bought a refrigerator in November ****************** *********, ** it was deemed unrepairable in April. 2 weeks of calling and e-mailing with no response after manufacturer repair came out. Corporate office had to get involved to get a call. They no longer have that model. Now I am told I cannot get a refund only a store credit. I asked about another refrigerator only to be told it is a special order. That was ok with me but I would have to pay the difference to even find out when it would come in. All I got is it will take a long time. They have nothing I want and expect me to spend the $1,100 on something in their store. This is no way to do business. Wish I would have checked here before purchasing. I will never do business with them ever again after this is somehow resolved. I will publish my comments on any site that I can find just to let others know buyer beware.

      There was an incident inside this location -May 4, 2024 at **********************************************. Police was notified, report as been filed. No store representative perform any action to defuse the situation. Did not ask the other customer to leave, no store manager, approached me or at least not one that identified themselves as such to assist in any way. Once they were notified that police was called, everyone scattered like roaches. No one followed up after incident.

      Thank you for your review, unfortunately this was a situation between two customer's and the police was called to defuse the situation. Our store managers were overlooking this but unfortunately they weren't able to defuse this issue since it was personal between two customers.

      I recently purchased a ******* fridge, model RS28CB760012, from your *********************** store. While the service provided by your representative, *****************************, was commendable, I am writing to express my disappointment with the overall purchase experience.On March 30th, 2024, I paid $1489.00 for the fridge and $1558.99 for warranty, insurance, and additional cost for freight forwarding services to have the item delivered to the *******. Despite informing ********************** that I required the fridge to be shipped to a freight forwarder for delivery to the *******, upon receipt, I discovered that it had been sent unboxed. This oversight resulted in the fridge sustaining damage on both sides during transit, leaving it bruised and unsightly. Had I been informed of this shipping practice, I would have opted to wait to purchase all matching kitchen appliances and send them together in a container for better protection. Despite raising my concerns with **********************, the proposed solutiona 20 percent discount amounting to $297.80falls short of adequately addressing the situation. This discount is disproportionate to the total amount paid for the new fridge, which amounted to $2153.99.I urge you to reconsider your resolution and provide a more appropriate compensation that reflects the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this oversight.

      I have been a loyal shopper at Brandsmart for several years, consistently utilizing their leasing program to purchase items. During this time, Mrs. ***** has always been my go-to representative. Her exceptional personality and ability to connect with customers have made my shopping experiences enjoyable and fruitful. I've never encountered any issues with her professionalism or honesty.However, my recent experience with Brandsmart has left me disappointed and frustrated. Without prior notice, I discovered that the leasing program, which I had relied on for so long, had been suspended from the site. Despite receiving a balance statement indicating I owed $913.00, I was taken aback when attempting to settle this amount. Upon contacting Brandsmart, the individual I spoke to provided conflicting information compared to what had been previously communicated to me, witnessed by both the store manager and ***** during our phone conversation.Upon visiting the store to resolve the matter, I encountered further discrepancies in the information provided by a person named ****, who displayed unprofessional behavior and attempted to alter the previously agreed-upon terms. As someone who values clear communication and professionalism, I found this experience disheartening.Despite my willingness to adapt to changes, I cannot overlook the lack of transparency and professionalism exhibited during this ordeal. As a result, Brandsmart has lost a valued customer who has spent upwards of $10,000 in their store over the years. I will not be returning to utilize the leasing program, and I feel compelled to caution fellow consumers to document and record all interactions with Brandsmart representatives.For those seeking exceptional customer service, I highly recommend visiting ***** at Brandsmart. She consistently provides a superior level of service and professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

      We have had a terrible experience with ********** BrandsMart! They were to deliver a refrigerator and dishwasher to ********* *****, by ***********************, in full. When they came the delivery person refused to take it upstairs, telling **** he had to take off the entire handrail...huge safety issues with young children in the home! They argued, since the last refrigerator WAS from BrandsMart, delivered with no problem. Do my poor Daughter has no refrigerator or dishwasher, and they are leaking water. I called customer service, obviously they do not care. They have list all our large family and friends business, as well as my clients. Terrible uncaring company. We have a huge network of people...they need to call and make it right. Over time the word will get out about terrible service, no matter how great the prices are. Someone needs to reach out immediately.

      We apologize for the issue. It is unfortunate that the delivery could not be made. Or 3rd party delivery service provider was unable to deliver due to high damage risk. After investigating and pictures were provided a refund was processed on 4-1-24. We apologize for the situation however cannot put the safety of the contractor nor risk the liability of damage to the home.

      Please beware of "EVER' purchasing anything in the appliance department located at the Dania Pointe location. My husband and I decided to update our parent's kitchen. Reluctant to try a new store, Brandsmart; other than shopping ay our usual ********** for great **************** experience, we decided to try Brandsmart 2/9/2024. It was a horrific nightmare from beginning to the end of the sales experience. My salesperson, ******, was very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable; invoiced me two items that were actually higher than the price on the appliance. After realizing one of our appliances (dishwasher) weren't the one we wanted and we ask to upgrade from a $219.00 DW to a $499.00. We were told to have it delivered and then come back to the store and a ticket will be placed for us to now be inconvenienced to pick it up. My husband was quite confused why should the Customer be inconvienced when we were standing in the store. We were initially charged an additional delivery charge which was taken off by one of the Suoervisors, ***** in appliance. We were told by ***** that because of the mishap with the D/W that we would have 12 months no interest; being that it was jeopardize due to lack of salesperson creating another ticket at time of purchase to accommodate the consumer. I reviewed my Brandsmart billing statement and that was an untrue statement. The small percentage of an additional discount that was promised to be taken of the refridgerator was not honored.I called the Dania Pointe location to speak with the Store Manger on 3/20 @ 2:30pm and spoke with two very unprofessional agents who answered the call. I waited for 40 minutes on hold with no avail of a Manager. A Hispanic agent, refusing to give up her name; stated that ***** was the Store Manager even after I stated; I found the manager, ***********************, on LinkedIn.

      Do not purchase anything from this company. The few dollars you save is not worth dealing with the third parties and lack of accountability. I ordered a microwave and a dishwasher and both items were received damaged - the dishwasher just had a small damaged part that was replaced by the manufacturer; the microwave had a massive dent in it. After trying to get them to pick it up for over a month, I finally had to haul it out to be shipped back myself. I was finally issued a refund after weeks of back and forth.Don't bother.

      Buyer Beware- I purchased a TV from the north Miami store because they were the only place that had ready stock- purchased it on 2-14-2024- my room wasn’t finished being built out so it sat unopened in my house for 9 days! Well low and behold when my employees opened the box with the help of a local Miami Dade county commissioner they noticed the Tav was cracked— I immediately called Brandsmart customer service “hotline” witch was a circus in itself to see what my steps were I had to take- they informed me that brandsmarts policy was to open and inspect anything over 2k- obviously that didn’t happen- nor did I sign anything that declined this “service”— long story short I’ve been ran around like an Olympic runner and all I wanted was a TV- now corporate will receive a demand letter from my attorney (certified) or we will have our day in court- I WILL NOT STOP- I have the means to drag this out!!! Should have stuck to Best Buy as all my colleagues told me to do so!!!!

      The worse service I have encountered. They set up appointments, they come and nothing is done. They tell you they ordered the part and they will come back and two weeks go by nobody call you. I've been without my dryer for a month. I will never buy from them.

      received living room sectional on 02/24/2024 upon inspection of the sectional i noticed a cut in the upholstery i was totally disappointed the delivery guys were very professional and kind and offered to take the entire sectional back to the warehouse but because the previous night before i discarded my old set.also i was having a grist my home the same night as the delivery so i couldnt be left without a living room set .Im just totally disappointed with the back and forth with having to deal with different managers and being put on hold constantly now i with have to spend a another wasted saturday waiting around for another delivery will never purchase from this company again
