      Hi what a disaster brandsmart warranty is,I bought a ** washing machine broke more than twice,the first time they fix ,the second time never shows,they keep saying a need a part the when I call the second time the technician was sick,never get back toe and I have a disabled son with incontinence and I need my washing machine they don't care about the customer they only care about your money please never buy anything from this people you will be very unhappy

      Awful! Beware! On 6/30/24 I stopped into Brandsmart-Kennesaw GA for **************** Appliance rep. (A) was helpful, & friendly. I found a set $1900. & purchased them that evening with the understanding that the set would be delivered 7/10/24. On 7/9/24 at 9:25pm/5 min. before closing of the store the evening prior to my delivery date I get a call from '*****',/store manager-(what a joke), whom states that they only have a washer for me & the dryer on back order. I first asked ************** why would I be called 5 minutes before the store to be closed the day before delivery. ************** was very aloof & dismissive & came across as I just need to know type of attitude. I told him that I needed more time to decide. Next morning a female called asking if I wanted the washer to be on the truck for days delivery. I replied no, I later called the store at 10am upon them opening to speak with the sales person Mr. (A) to refund my Amex card. I called but Mr. (A) was not there, I called a second time & had to ask the rep. whom answered if he could help me with refunding my card. He began to speak with someone in the background & gave me the name *****. The person in the background said "don't give my name out". He transferred me to customer service where I spoke with a female rep. who was helpful, however, after a few minutes ************** barged back on the call & informed me that he could not refund my amex card until making sure that the washer that was on the truck is returned & that would not happen until after 7pm . I called back at 7:30pm & unfortunately got ahold of another not so helpful rep. and was told that ************** was not currently at the store. After handing up I called back to see if I could get someone else in customer service, which I did, she listened to me, called the warehouse to check to see if the washer was returned & got a hold of *****/manager currently at the store who was able to refund my card while providing a gracious apology on behalf of the store.

      Please be careful with Brandsmart I went and buy a electric bike same day I went back to return it and I was charged 20% of restocking fee, I don't know why if the bike was the same package I just had it for two to three hours and also the bike has a problem with the speed it was not working correctly it cost me $400 and I received back $315. They said their return policy was 0 days so I went back the same day but yes they charge me $84.00 for re-stocking I will never going back to Brandsmart.

      If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. While the prices are great, their customer service practices are abysmal. I made a purchase of a stove on their website. The delivery date was set for a week after the purchase date. On the given day, I waited for over half the day with no contact from them. When I called to find out what was going on ( the delivery window had passed) I was informed that the item was out of stock. Are you kidding me?!!! No one bothered to contact me to let me know this. After demanding to speak with a manager, I was told by him that they would transfer one up from ******* (I am in *******) but it would take another week. On the next given delivery day I called to confirm delivery only to find out that they would not be delivering until the following day. When the delivery finally made it to my home, the supposed delivery/installation crew claimed they could not install it because they were unable to unhook the old stove. Left the new stove sitting in my dining room. I ended up paying someone else to install the new stove. It took less than 5 minutes for them to do so. I called Brandsmart back to find out when they would be picking up the stove that I PAID to have hauled away. Today they came to pick up the old stove only to inform me that they would not be taking it because it was "old and dirty." I have now been sitting on hold with Brandsmart for the past *************************************************** this situation. Never do business with these people if you value your sanity.

      In the beginning of May 2024 I called into customer service about a problem with the refrigerator regarding a leak with water leaking from the outside of ice dispenser. I place a call to **************** regarding the problem, they gave me an appointment and repairman came that ONLY SPEAK SPANISH, the individuals at this address DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH ( 1st mistake ) poor customer service not to ask if anyone in the household speaks Spanish????. When he arrived with ***** minutes he determined what the problem was and went to get the part from his truck open and stated it was Broken and need to reorder a replacement. Two to Three weeks passed never received a follow up on the part or appointment called after and I was told the repairman never requested a replacement, at that time I was told they would send a email to his supervisor and they will get back with me, that didnt happen(2nd mistake) called again weeks after and was told the same thing (3rd mistake) 3 strikes is all I will allow.I called the warranty company, they gave me appointment the next day this was in 2nd week in June, he came and located the problem and came back the next day on TIME and corrected the problem, he spoke English and explained what happened. The installer from BRANDSMART did not handle the merchandise with care, there were a lot of broken pieces in the back of the Refrigerator that caused the problem. I recommend Brandsmart installer need to be retrained and call the household before sending a person that DO SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE, THAT POOR CUSTOMER !!

      Bought a ** online 5/19/2024 for delivery 5/29/2024. On 5/28/2024 logistics driver called and said he would get a replacement ** and deliver 6/1/2024. No delivery or notification on 6/1/2024. Called ****************** they stated there was a mixup and ** would be delivered 6/5/2024. I have 3 delivery date emails from logistics company. On 6/4/2024 a manager called and said they don't have the ** and the order will be cancelled. No apology. I feel like I've been lied to and jerked around. Never again - no more business dealings with BrandsMart. They are the keystone cops of customer commerce!

      I would give them a zero rating if I could. I ordered a ******* Galaxy S24 from their website and paid expedited shipping. A week later, I still had not received a call for my delivery. When I called in, the phone was out of stock, and on backorder. This was my third call to them. I had called in twice before and also spoke with someone via chat, and was never told that the phone was out of stock until the day it was supposed to be delivered. This company sucks!

      I bought and paid for a TV on line. When it was delivered the driver did not check to see if it was damaged. When I hooked it up and turned it on the screen was damaged. I discarded the box and when I called to have them pick it up I was told that they would not take it back without the box. Now I'm stuck having paid for a broken TV.

      I filed a Home Damage Report after BrandsMart's third-party contractor damaged the doors covering my washer/dryer closet. Repeated emails and phone calls have been stonewalled. My ********* provided a labor and materials estimate of $475 to make the necessary repairs. A month later the owner of the third-party delivery company finally showed up to inspect and said he'd get back to me with a resolution within 2 hours. He has never called back. Another mid-level manager (we think) insisted that the labor and materials estimate be detailed with a description of every cost of materials and labor. That was provided a couple of weeks ago. The mid-level manager has repeatedly failed to return phone calls to answer the key question: When will BrandsMart pay for the repairs we are waiting to start? We now realize that the BrandsMart we purchase all our kitchen appliance from 7 years ago, is not the same company. A couple of years ago, huge ***** Rents purchased BrandsMart, so now it is a big impersonal corporation, not the family business it used to be. In a couple of years, we'll be replace most or all of our kitchen appliances. Based on our latest experience, BrandsMart will not get our business because of the experience and lack of taking responsibility to process and complete an established customers' legitimate claim of home damage done by an untrained, third-part contractor crew.
