3 starsMy first two puppies from Puppyspot are great. One arrived unbathed and very sick with kennel cough. We got those taken care of quickly. This third puppy is a disaster! I admit I chose her and dont blame Puppyspot! Here are the problems: Giardia which is hard to get rid of and was passed on to our other dogs. Two kinds of worms - This took several months and lots of money to clear ** in all the dogs because she passed all onto them! Biggest problem is she eats poop!!!!! Nasty!!!! and cant get her to stop trying. I tried every suggested cure- none work :(. So my stress level is high and I am constantly watching her. She is a good dog other than that!!! Our lives are changed because of her habit and nobody is relaxed and happy anymore - very sad!Review fromLarry H

5 starsFantastic organization. Very helpful in both selecting a pet and getting it delivered to us.If you are looking for a pet, I highly recommend PuppySpot. They could not have been more helpful and cooperative in the whole process of getting our dog delivered to us.It turned out the first dog we selected and had some health issues and we decided not to accept it. It was the thorough process that PuppySpot uses that caught the problem. So we were able to cancel that order and then get a healthy dog.They communicated with us during the whole process and we could not have been happier with the results.You can't go wrong with PuppySpot!Review fromJill A

5 starsHi,I was very nervous about getting my baby online BUT PuppySpot made everything so easy. From the purchase to the transporting of her to me, it was seamless. Great conversations with staff before our puppy was shipped. We were asked, and recorded, were we "willing to travel from 20 minutes up to an hour" to get our puppy. My answer, "of course." Three days before shipping, he's arriving in ******, by plane. He was driven from ******** to *******, put on a flight to ******. It is a 5 1/2 hour drive from our house to ******, with good traffic. We were given a $100 discount for our travel. Well, that doesn't even cover fuel. Left at ****, got home at ****. Yep, 13 hours. Tell me up front he won't be delivered to **********, only an hour and 20 minutes from home. The airline flies direct from ******* to ********** on approved aircraft a couple times a day. Just tell me up front that I'll be charged a large sum of money for delivery half way. The dog is a little thin but otherwise in great shape.

We are sorry that you feel our travel solution was not what you experienced based on the expectation that was set. An unfortunate reality of transporting live animals like puppies is that options and schedules are constantly changing due to many factors. It is important to know that while there are flights into ********** that a puppy could travel in cabin on - that would have meant either you paying separately to fly with your puppy yourself or signing up for our much more expensive chaperone package (you can see all the options here on our website:*************************************************) there are none that have pet safe transportation options. That was the unfortunate situation that led to your need to travel so far to ******, where pet safe travel was indeed an option. Only American Airlines (and very limited ******) are currently offering pet safe travel, and only on certain airplane types, to certain airports. 1 starTerrible company. If you buy a dog from these people, there is a very good chance you will come to regret it. Badly...The Cocker Spaniel we purchased back in December 2021 hasn't changed a bit since he was delivered to **. He came to ** terrified...of everything. I've never seen a puppy so afraid. A puppy should be curious and playful. Not this one. For the first 6 months I'm the only one he wanted to interact with. After paying for training sessions and so forth he improved marginally.He just turned 2 years old the other day, and he is still deathly afraid of boxes, of all types, ANY large objects for that matter. He's VERY afraid of strangers, even when they approach him carefully. When people come to my house he hides...even after a year and a half. As much as I love ******, and I do, I regret making this purchase very much. I feel really bad for my mentally damaged little boy. It makes me wonder what this poor pup went through before arriving at my house. BUYER BEWARE.Review fromJennifer P

1 starIf I could give a 0-star rating I would. This company clearly is a broker of dogs and doesnt care about the puppies they sell to families who want dogs. Our poor dog came to ** after purchasing him at $4,600 with giardia among other behavior issues. After a year of fighting those issues he repeatedly was sick and recently died at shy of 16 months. This company could care less and wanted detailed health records for him vs just trying to make it right. You smell like a puppy mill broker not sure if you are but its very smelly over here..Review fromJulie H

1 starWe ordered the puppy two weeks ago. They were very friendly until they received the money. Then told me it would take two weeks to get the already 9 week old pup. They gave me a tentative date. Never heard from them again. When I called they acted like I was bothering them. Two days before the tentative date, I called again. The woman was very rude and said it would be another 16 days and still was tentative. I demanded a refund and she hung up on me. Now when I call, all I get is music and then disconnected.
