      The worst place to buy a puppy from. This business is a third-party for breeders, and in my area specifically the Amish. On May 22, 2024 I purchased a puppy and they require a full payment at the time to reserve your puppy. If youre not going to get your puppy right away, they should only charge a deposit. I was not concerned until they started hitting me up for things I did not want and trying to get me to spend more money than needs to be spent. I think they are really ripping people off. All they say is you have to wait until the breeder is ready to release the puppy. In this case the puppy is already 18 weeks old. My arrangement with puppyspot.com was to pick my puppy up myself because the breeder is only an hour away, but we have to meet at a truck stop! Well nobody will ever get a referral from me for puppyspot.com and I have called them and they do not budge at all.

      I am really happy with puppy spot. They really took care of me. When the first puppy I was getting ended up having health problems caught by the health check before coming to me, they pulled out of that puppy and moved my money to another puppy. She is absolutely perfect and they took care in getting her to me.

      I bought a puppy that came home with a parasite called giardia. They guaranteed that they would reimburse me for a $150 to pay for the treatment. So far I have only received $120 back even though I sent the all the required paperwork to them. They are not standing up to their guarantee.

      We couldnt be more grateful and happy about the wonderful Black Labrador puppy, Precious, that we received from Puppy Spot. Everything they said about the paperwork, veterinary shots and examinations were all excellent. We received delivery on time at 9:15am on 5/15/24 just as told to us. She is everything we expected and then some. I would recommend Puppy Spot to anyone looking for a new member of their family. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

      I was not given the name of the breeder nor their location (other than the state), and have thus far received minimal information about the arrival date of my purchased puppy. I was given a two-day time frame that I would receive the puppy via their travel service, but upon confirmation with the person with whom I spoke regarding the timeframe, they could not verify the arrival date or location. This is incredibly upsetting given that they can only ensure the puppy is delivered within 3 hours of your home, even when paying for travel. If I must travel three hours in each direction (after the $400 for the travel fee,) the least I would expect is communication about the travel date. Travel plans were guaranteed within 7-10 days, and yet I am still without said plans. The website conveniently did not update to show the dog I purchased, so obviously travel plans wouldn't be visible when available either. I then spoke to a "Senior Puppy Manager" who wasn't able to explain the travel process or limiting factors. I asked for the phone number or email of the staff working on travel preparation but was told neither existed. When I inquired whether or not the "vet check" had been completed (which I was told would likely happen within the next day or so of purchase,) each person with whom I spoke was unwilling to answer and didn't offer a timeline for that either. Each person with whom I have talked blamed the delays and lack of information on their "new system" and insisted I must wait longer than promised, and "check the website daily for updates." The customer experience and service have been horrific given the significant price tag. Hopefully, however, I will one day receive my puppy... Time will tell.

      My girlfriend and I received our dachshund puppy last week. Puppy Spot does not allow you to speak directly With the breeder. We had continually asked if the puppy had its hearing and vision. The response my girlfriend would receive was yes. dont worry about it. It will all be fine. When we received the puppy it was clear within a day that the dog was completely deaf and had a congenital eye disorder. We found out from our vet that those are common traits in these kinds of dogs from puppy ***** and that the breeder would have known and certainly would have experienced this before. The records we received from the vet said she responded to sounds and had no eye problems. Both things our vet noticed within seconds. Puppy spot is less than a reputable dealer. Since we received our dog, I have come across many other instances online of others who have experienced similar things through this website. They sell dogs from breeders, for high prices, that they know full well wouldnt be sold by a reputable breeder that cares about their animals. We love the puppy but are gutted by the dishonesty and fraud.

      We got our puppy Hunter from puppy spot. He is a gorgeous chocolate lab and we couldnt be happier with how perfect he is. The process was seamless and their executive team and People Support are second to none.

      I got a puppy for my aging dad from PuppySpot and it has been the best experience. Puppy was healthy and happy when I got him. ******* is my dad's very best friend.
