      Puppy spot and their entire staff of people were unbelievably awesome!! From purchasing to finally receiving my love of my life ******, they were available and great! I recommend them to everyone who asks about my beautiful Maltese and tell them this is the only place to get a new puppy from. Thank you Puppy spot for the best friend anyone ever had!!

      We are very happy with the puppy we got from Puppy Spot and the experience we had with them. It was overwhelming at the beginning; tons of dogs, lots of directions to go. We spoke to someone and he was really good, guided us towards the hypoallergenic breeds. Helped us narrow down the choices. We selected our bernedoodle and could’ve have been happier. About a week or so later, puppy arrived at the airport as explained, took her to the vet for her first follow up. Passed with flying colors and we’ve been thrilled ever since. Would recommend any person or family to use PuppySpot.

      Puppyspot brought our family so much joy at a time where we desperately needed it. Finding a puppy can be so daunting. PuppySpot made it easy for us to find a puppy we really love and they took care of all the heavy lifting. Our puppy is adorable, cuddly, so sweet with our kids, and as healthy as can be. Our neighbors and friends are constantly saying they want to clone her...and they love to babysit her whenever we need a hand. We have a mini-bernedoodle. We knew we wanted something hypo-allergenic and were thinking goldendoodle at first but also really love the bernese mountain dog...she ended up being perfect - the person who helped us decide on her was very knowledgeable. We aren't allergic, she's full grown at 20lbs, cute as can be...I could go on and on - we love her so much!!

      Ordered puppy 02-28-2024 and received 03-16-2024. After paid not very responsive. Got a brief email about pick up point and was contacted by travel agency which were great. I by no means fault the travel agency, they answered all my questions when I contacted them since puppyspot wouldnt respond. Day I received puppy, he had a terrible cough and I immediately took him to *************. Puppy had a crushed trachea, fleas, yeast infection in ears, a broken/fractured growth plate in his paw, and two different types of parasites in his stomach. Documented everything and began forwarding invoices/vet notes and X-rays to puppy spot to no responses until Easter Day 2024 to argue it with me. They do not stand by their health guarantee at all. *** decided to dispute everything with my credit card. I highly do not recommend puppy spot. Its a huge scam.

      I purchased a Sheepadoodle puppy in 2022. Her name was *****. She was diagnosed with two forms of cancer. ***** expired March 6, 2024. I contacted PuppySpot and they are giving me the run around about their warranty. They are not answering calls nor my emails. They reply twice asking for ***** medical records and I sent them her medical records 191 pages. The last email stated they needed the diagnosis. I sent that information on 4/1/24 and I have not heard back. This company in my opinion is not a reputable company. Who allows breeders to breed dogs with the cancer gene . I was told by the Vet this is not new in poodles. I will continue to contact them until I get results for *****!!!!! Please be aware or your heart will be hurt like mine.

      I paid for the dog and travels but puppy spot could not even get me updated pic like I asked to verify there is a dog coming to me. Its been very poor communication. Should at least be able to be in contact with the breeder to at least see the dog that you will be welcoming

      We received a damaged goods puppy. when we got home the day of the pickup our puppy was frightened of everything and everyone. ******* insisted that this dog was socialized. I say he wasn't. He runs from us, hides and we cannot get a leash or harness on him.Puppyspot hasn't contacted me after telling me the breeder socialized the dog. I await the resolve of puppyspot before i go further with this. This is a nightmare. Weve had this do almost 2 weeks and he hasn't been outside yet.

      That being said, our experience was fairly poor. It is frustrating to be given a date and time for pickup during work hours consistently. My wife and I work medical jobs where we have patients scheduled out weeks in advance. We made arrangements to be available at the time/date/location given. The day before our pickup, the instructions disappeared from the website. When I called to see what happened, it turned out that the drop-off was rescheduled to the next week because the breeder did not get the dog to the vet on time. The only reason I found out was because I called. I rescheduled patients to be available the following week. This was rescheduled 2 days before pickup day to the next day due to weather. This was not PuppySpot's fault but frustrating. I rescheduled patients a 2nd time. The day before our pickup, the instructions disappeared from the website AGAIN. I called and PuppySpot did not know why our dog was not picked up. I had to call the transportation company who told me that the breeder thought the pickup was next week and the 31 week old puppy "was not ready". Our concerns were elevated to a manager who offered us $100 off the delivery fee but there was no flexibility on their end to ensure our puppy was delivered. We did finally get our puppy the next week but the saga continues.The puppy we received is terrified of humans. He was clearly not socialized enough during his time as a young puppy. He won't let us pet him. He is scared of almost all noises. We cannot hold him to give him a bath. If we walk towards him he runs away. He won't eat treats so training has been tough. We have to keep a leash on him at all times just to be able to collect him in the house for walks or crate training. We are doing everything we can. We are going to work with an Animal Behavior Specialist. He is not a bad dog. He means well and is sweet. The medical paperwork is covered in white out and edited dates. It indicates his rabies vaccine was given on his birthday.

      Puppy Spot I am sorry to say after purchasing three puppies at three different time going back my first one was 10 years ago. About one year ago I purchased a Maltese. At this time I was looking to purchasing the sibling to this puppy. I has a change of heart and cancel the male that all paper was done on. Few day later I seen the breeder put up another set of puppies. I then tried to purchasing a female. Puppy spot that's only a third party for the breeders had block me and told me i cannot purchasing no more puppies from them. Who gives them the rights to make that decision when they are just middle man and don't even know are see the puppies. they just take phone calls. Very disrespectful people and very unpleasant to have to work with. I called to breeder to the puppy i want to purchasing and she was very upset knowing that they were not selling her pups. She was contacting her management team about this. I forward her pictures of the Maltese that I purchased from her last year. She was very happy to see that this pup is so well kept and so loved. Waiting to here from her Management team to get my new puppy ***** ******
