      I live in *********** and have a roof leak that was reported in October. I've sent multiple follow-up emails and physically went to the office to try and get help. Here we are in December and I still have to put buckets around my unit to catch water dripping onto the floor. (Video of the dripping water was provided and still no urgency to act). An email and a phone call to FS Residential customer care has not been helpful either.

      We are in Royal Highlands, Leesburg. The Board of Directors made a terrible mistake by replacing Leland HOA w/First Service. I worked for the community as Newsletter editor 9 yrs with no complaints. First Service came in - they started to change everything without resident approval;obviously the Board directors did not what they were doing. The office did everything they could think of to make my job impossible by not cooperating/communicating with me.The Board Directors gave NO help as they did not contact me to allow me to know the plan before the termination of my job. That mgr ******** ******** fired me by email. How disrespectful! No explanation, after they had made me sign a contract.That was just so they could end the contract and get rid of me. they totally changed the newsletter (making it tacky) and did not even give me a chance to make changes myself. Again, they just wanted to get rid of me and run it themselves. They DO not care about older people - they just come in and start dictating rules/regulations. We have had nothing but complaints from residents & problems. The Board Directors is on some kind of "ego" trip and think they are so important. They are NOT. Not only did they terminated/fired me from my newsletter job I had for 9 years with NO complaints - they said they had complaints; but, they could not produce any in writing. They passed unnecessary gossip about me & attempted to ruin my standing & reputation in the Community. The management & Board work for us; as we are the owners & residents - they work for us. Many residents have been treated with NO respect as to our needs.They have a few loyal followers (a supposed covey) of those disproportionate and dunderheads' who are follower/sheep of people. The inept ofc girl who took over newsletter has lied about me and work. So basically, I was set up and that was how they got rid of me. Remember, I am a resident and owner of our home/property and this is how they treated me.

      I am a homeowner in Panache (Miami, FL *****). I've been contacting the CAM ***** ******** since June regarding a trash / dumping issue encroaching onto my property. It is November. 5 months later, nothing has been resolved and the offender is only getting more brazen. Zero resolution has occurred. I've also looped in their customer service manager, ****** ********: no results.

They will be fining the resident who continues to dump trash on ************** property in hopes that he will cease.

      Horrible customer **********************. I made all my payments on time, every single time, every month, however in the last Oct, 2023 their system didn't applied my payment properly and I got assest with late charges. I submitted a claim and they applied the payment as should be but charged me with the late fees and to make it worst, now they are charging me another late fee for the unpaid late fee.Conclusion: They misspplaied my payment but I have to pay for the late fees. Horrible !

      I am a homeowner and living in ***** **. ***** for several years. We need to pay double the Maintenance Fee for five months after a special assessment in August 2023 through the Landings of *****. However the maintenance work is slow because the management keeps saying that they need to get the best quote from the vendors. Meanwhile the management ignore the repairs needed for small/ individual homeowners. My home has been going through water damages in various areas including the balcony (patio). for more than years due to the poor exterior condition. However I received no compensation, not even an apology. The management also slows to respond or ignore emails from homeowners regarding the water damage issues in the community. However, the management doesnt allow us to resolve the problems ourselves. I dont recommend the First Services Residential because their offices lacks efficiency, competency, and not homeowners / residents friendly.

      I worked with a property manager ****** and he was profesional and responsive in dealing with my issue and handling the interface with the hoa board at my community smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

      Absolutely terrible management of the community. Doesnt rectify problems. Billing errors all the time, also does not provide community support for registered home owners and parking, does not address the upkeep of grass, example, pools, grass, vendors. The vendors selected do not go through proper due diligence. Yet they want to send fees and violations all the time. Im seeking proper resolution and Ive been a homeowner for quite sometime and frankly I just need proper help.
