      Dr. "T" would not refer my wife to a vascular surgeon for a needed test that could not be performed at Radiology Associates. He stated that he did not order the test, but given that he was the only person at that time sending referrals for procedures and the fact it had his name on the order, he still stated it was not him. As a result my wife no longer wished to deal with him, so we called the Holly Fields, Area Director, who stated that she would assign another oncologist at the same practice location to take over the care of my wife. While waiting to find out which oncologist she would be assigned to, the Director called back and stated that no one in the office could see my wife, due to a conflict of interest and then stated that she could go to another city to be seen by one of their oncologist, therefore another lie perpetrated by this provider. Upon notice that my wife no longer wished to see Dr. "T", he cancelled her prescriptions leaving her without the needed medication for a cancer patient. Whenever there was an issue with Florida Cancer Specialists, he would direct her to go to the ER for treatment and no one at the ER would do anything, as the oncologist would not sign off on the treatment. He is a ridiculously arrogant person with a horrible beside manner. His lack of empathy if apparent in everything he does. He is solely in it for the money which explains the recent lawsuit and fines levied against Florida Cancer Specialists. Not to mention his notes are typically incorrect and he has little idea of what he did or will do going forward. She had a blood clot behind her fractured catheter and then developed another, hence the request for the screenings that he did not refer. The first screening identified another clot and the only location in town for said diagnostic screening is the vascular surgeons office. The practice could not keep track of appointments or tests/lab work that was to be performed at the various appts. within the facility.

      The staff at the cancer center's almost always professional with the exception of one area and that's the infusion/chemo treatments; an area you would expect to be very professional, caring, and understanding of the fact you're there because you're sick not because you're there for a spa/massage treatment • from the moment I entered I was treated INVISIBLE • when an employee finally managed to strain their eyes hard enough to see me they informed me of who would be doing my infusion • I proceeded over there where she asked 2 questions and I answered both and became INVISIBLE once again as she decided she would carry on a personal conversation with another patient who was hooked up and receiving their treatment ° her conversation got so indepth I could just wait • nothing wrong with conversations with your patients but as a professional you at least get that patients hooked up so their procedure can BEGIN; if it doesn't begin it can't end ° she could have been speaking to the patient next to me while she hooked me up and got my timer moving; to stand there going on and on about the 4 years she lived in Saudi Arabia to a patient who had also lived in Saudi Arabia; great I'm glad they found a common bond but that's neither here nor there to the patients awaiting their procedures ° who knows if the stuff she was grabbing was for him or for me but it was irrelevant since she was moving at a snails pace because she was so entertained with her conversation ° there was no since in sitting there when it was apparent my treatment was of very little importance compared to her very important "Saudi Arabia" conversation ° being ignored and invisible is the norm for the infusion center ° it would be amazing if the other areas could train the infusion center on how to treat patients.

      1/3025 I had an appointment with Dr *********** I requested to see her instead of a NP due-to 1/9/25 Incident and no call back.called at 8 am . No one called me until Monday 1/13/25.i was told they do not call anyone back on weekends. . I went to my appointment that day and sat in the hallway waiting to get into a room when the ** asked me a personal medical question . The hallway instead of a room. My medical question should not be asked in the hallway where other people can hear. I have a right to privacy. So I admit I was a little rude and realized it and apologized. Then Dr. ********** called me into a lab room instead of a patient room and began to scold me like a child and was rude. I will not be treated like that. I told her I did apologize to the **.i told her I never got a call back from 1/10/25 from no until Monday.. it was early enough to return my call. Dr. ********** or NP could have called me back. There s no patient care there as I told her I felt like a production line. Since October I only seen her twice out of 5 times.since I moved here my hematologist I saw every time. Whether its 5 minutes or more. I was not passed to a NP.. Thats why I feel there is no patient care care for me. ********** for us patients. Since the. I have no hematologist and I am looking for a new one. Would not recommend if you want patient care.

      They suck!!!! Do not go to their Wesley Chapel, FL location. Something there has changed. I've heard that they have changed managers. Too bad.... I would not recommend this place or people to anyone.

      This company has been sued by the ***. Stay away. Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute LLC (***), an oncology group headquartered in ***************, **, will pay a $100 million criminal penalty after admitting to conspiring to allocate chemotherapy and radiation treatments for cancer patients, the ********************* (***) announced April 30.

      First they're the only can't have specialist place that doesn't pay for your Uber to get there and home you can never ever get in touch with your doctor when you call your prescriptions in sometimes they don't even call them in more often than not and you have to have the attending doctor on the weekend do it or whoever the doctor is this is the worst experience I've ever been through as a cancer patient you you would think they would treat you with humility and kindness they've done nothing but treat me with disrespect and ignorance honestly up to now their actions have been deplorable and despicable whoever runs that whole thing needs to go or fix it from top to bottom stuck in a level 5 hurricane because my doctor didn't call in a two-day prescription for me so I could go to Miami till Monday to be safe and all he had to do was call my regular prescription in and I could have went in and got it today early Phil and then went back when I was supposed to get the rest he did absolutely nothing me and my wife have been calling there for over two days they told they would call her back they closed the office these are the things that they do there they just tried giving me a prescription that I'm not even prescribed instead of my prescription so now I have to sit in a category 5 hurricane till Saturday to go and pick up my prescription that hopefully he'll call in on time on Friday I've seen my doctor two times for a total of 7 minutes the whole time I've been there never will you get in touch with them if you want a personal to personal relationship with the doctor go somewhere else go to Moffitt and Tampa

      Took someone to the *************** location and she was treated so bad I can't believe how rude they can be to elder ill people. They have beverages for the patients and years ago someone nice there had told this person to help yourself. Now this patient went in to see the doctor, was having a bad day with an upset stomach so took a coke in hopes of it settling her stomach. Someone named ***** leaped out of her office chair went to get an additional person and basically verbally attacked the patient and took the coke back with the two of them making a scene in front of other patients and staff. This patient spoke with someone claiming to be the manager who had no compassion for the patient.

      Physicians don't seem to care and the phone system is the worst in the nation. I was told my doctor was out of town and found her there. Operators leave you hanging for days. You are always put on hold. No one seems to care about your call. Bet none of them have had cancer! It's no Moffitt!

      I have gone here for around 10 years and have grown to expect the long waits, assuming they come with the territory. Usually, I am distracted by calls and other things, so 8 out of 10 times I just wait. But I can confirm the long waits. Recently I have no insurance so I have to Self-Pay. The blatant disrespect, week-plus delay in returning call (if they call-called my husband's phone not mine once), over-talking me when I asked specifically for what the amount would be for a follow-up office visit from a hospital discharge, are beyond ridiculous. Again 10 years with a doctor I trust, but the front desk staff not ever answering the phone, the nursing staff not returning calls, and the finance department taking a week to return a call regarding pricing, being rude, overtallking, not repeating their name and hanging up : extreme. Especially when added to the other norms of the office. Florida Camcer Specialists Office Staff in Orange City have been horrific these last weeks.

      Another month with them playing with my prescription that I need for sickle cell pain, something they give a rats butt about especially being a young black man. I don’t know if it’s race thing or what. They pretend to be so caring but if something is screwed up communication wise and you call a few times they won’t even get to taking care of your voiced concerns and or your feelings. I have to go without my meds for days at a time sometimes for a week. Now they got me waiting again since Friday 06/07/2024 for a doctor to sign off on a prescription that I been getting for almost ten years. Really sucks. Depressing that I have to go three withdrawal before receiving my meds. Hopefully something is done about that for the younger and older people that has to go here. Continue to pray for them to have compassion for their patients who didn’t ask for any kind of disease especially a hereditary disease, smh. Sucks…..
