      Only go here as the last resort because you will be left to rot in the waiting room for up to 2 hours to see the doctor for a couple of minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to *******. I did.

      I was a patient here in the ******, ** office, and will never go back. The front desk staff was rude, even before I had the main issue. I was having chronic diarrhea and an electrolyte imbalance due to the immunotherapy I was receiving and I made numerous calls both to the office and supposedly to ************************ cell phone and no one ever called me back. I was hospitalized twice and those doctors didnt do anything but thats another complaint. I was eventually transported via EMS after my sister flew down from ** to help me get the care I needed to ********************** where I was admitted with 5 organ failure, a very serious condition, which could have been prevented if Florida Cancer so-called specialist ******************** had called me back. I eventually was able to speak to ******************** and he said that he never received any messages from me or from his staff that I had called and needed a call back. I don't know why, whether its the rude staff or their telephone system that is bad, but something needs to be done, whether its retraining or firing the whole rude front office staff, and hiring staff that actually do their jobs.I urge anyone seeking cancer treatment to avoid this office and ******************** since like me, they probably wont call you back if you ever have a bad reaction to their medications. I wish I could give this group zero stars.

      Double check any bill you receive from them. I had 2 bills sent to and called and questioned both and was told their system made an error and no payment is due. This happened on 2 occasions a month apart. Wouldn't they correct system error or are they keeping double payments
